Went though the drive though paid at 10:38am didn?t leave until 11:18 they pulled us up and forgot about us? we had to go in to... get the food and they acted like they didn?t care at all still asked for the food because at this point I?ve waited long enoughwhat?s 10 more minutes don?t go to work if you don?t feel like doing your job! I?ve eaten at this location 3 times. It?s the only location I?ve been to. The first time I ate here I was impressed but the last... 2 visits were quite disappointing. I came one day to order something special I saw on their website. Something that no otherfast food place has and that?s fried green tomatoes. When I tried to order them they told me they aren?t on the menu anymore. Itwas definitely a bummer b/c it was the only reason I went. When I tried to substitute it for something else. My chicken was dry. Some of the tenders were too hard to chew. They skimped me on the sauce. I only got one half cup honey... mustard for 8 tenders. No ketchups or condiments in my bags. Totally pathetic excuse for service. Go somewhere else. Read more
Zero Stars - An absolute disgrace of an establishment. It?s run by adolescent individuals that do not take their responsibility... seriously. Too busy to talk to me a drive up menu I had to say hello 3 times before I got an irritated ?One Moment? response.Everyone laughing and BSing, fries got spilled on floor while being moved from fryer to salting spit because the young lady waslooking as who she was talking too rather then focused on the job. Food bag ripped handing out window because kid at windowhanded a full bag with two finger rather then supporting from the bottom. As just one customer that is a lot of wasted food inmy 10ish minutes at the window. As a family of six eating out it is always expensive. The expectation is that the food will beon par, whether it?s fast food or not. Everyone needs to take pride in their job whatever it may be. The fries were chalky. Theburgers lacked the main ingredients that they advertise, i.e. the Big Jack burger did NOT HAVE ANY CHEESE ie Jack. The burgerpatties were sad and dry like that had been in the warming tray ALL DAY. If you want fast food, you are better off going to thedominos or even McDonalds over this place. They take pride in their work and we are very grateful for that. The worst thing isto order food, get home, and then realize they got it all wrong. We visited this location on June 2nd around 12:30. The woman that was working the drive through window was incredibly rude and... rolled her eyes twice at us. All because we asked to pay with both a card and cash because we were low on money. Apparently shedoesn't know what it's like to have little. It was incredibly disheartening. All we wanted was 2 iced coffees. We were willingto ignore her poor attitude. But even the coffees were incredibly too sweet. They tasted like pure syrup. I have worked in fastfood and I know how hard the job can be. But I also know that it's important to keep a good attitude because you never know whatthe person at your window might be going through. The cashier was really grumpy. Tried to win her over with friendliness, it kinda worked ???? They also didn't give us all of the... food we ordered. We didn't complain about it, so I'm not sure how they would've handled that. Read more
