I ordered my food in the lobby. 20 minutes later I still had not received my food. However, EVERYONE in the drive thru received... their food. Apparently the employees take care of the drive thru first. When I talked to the manager about how long it wastaking to receive my food the manager was rude , stormed off and refused to refund my money. Read more

Workers are very rude and disrespectful would suggest going to a different store
Got there at 10:40AM. Was told no breakfast after 10:30. But kiosk doesn't change until 11. Had to order from counter but noone... at counter. Everyone busy working drive thru. Two employees outside smoking. Finally a worker came to counter but told me a manbehind me was in before me but had to leave and come back. He ordered breakfast and when I asked why was told because heoriginally was in before 10:30. I won't go to this McDonald's again. Read more
The card machine would not work and we were very kind abt it but the woman at the front was very rude and wouldn?t just let us... move to a new card chip reader. We know it wasn?t our card for right after we went to get gas and our card worked just fine.There was also no water even when we told the lady for a drink we wanted water and when there wasn?t any on the machine thewoman didn?t even offer to get us some from the back. There is also a disgusting ammount of grease just gushing out in theparking lot which is just repulsive. I?ve been living in south Jackson most of my life and as the years go by the service at this location gets worse and worse. I?m... giving this review because I pray corporate or someone in leadership reads this and make the improvements that need to be made.The customer service is horrible particularly in the evening. They literally DO NOT SPEAK!! They hand you the food and shut thewindow! So rude ? that is common sense to acknowledge the customer. And they are always out of something or something ismissing from your order. So then you have to try to get their attention after they didn?t speak and closed the window on you.Sad ?.. Read more
