The way the ingredients made the pizza look like the picture made a difference. It was full of meat and cheese and looked VERY... presentable. The only thing it needed was more sauce to match the amount of toppings on the pizza...above ALL was the SERVICE!The gentleman was very nice and displayed great customer service.I was pleased tonight because this store usually doesn't havegood customer experience. First time ordering from Papa Johns in Jackson. Did carry out and kind of felt bad seeing the high schoolers waiting to deliver... pizza! The deal we got was good, the only down side was one of our pizzas had less than a normal amount for a 1-topping pizza,some slices didn?t even get the topping. Normally, very good food and service. The past 2 (May 8th and May 12th) orders though, not at all. The previous order was... covered in air pockets, so large that the pizza toppings separated from the crust. Today's order was actually dropped soeverything was smashed together. This will be the last order that they get from me. Papa would be disappointed severely. On the8th, I wrote to customer service about this and was told that I would hear back...nothing. Papa John would have a fit for the poor excuse for pizza and Breadsticks you delivered to me tonight. The note on the box would... have been great if my pizza and garlic parm breadsticks didn't end up crisper than KFC extra Krispy chicken. And to think I gavethe driver a great tip only to find food that wasn't edible. Read more
