It's very hard to have a bad experience at this Red Robin. The service is always either meeting expectations or exceeding them.... The food is much the same. The background music can be a bit loud if you want a quieter lunch with a good burger, but it'simpossible to please everyone with something like music volume. Lately, service has been a little bit slow, but it's clearly dueto a low number of staff, as opposed to low quality of staff. I'm confident that once they find the hires, they'll be right backto one of the contenders for best burger spot in town. Read more

Came here on 10/14/22 at 5:30 pm . Front lady sat me at the bar at my request. 4 ladies were at the bar - I waited 15 minutes... then decided to ask why I Haven?t been assisted. They replied ? bar isn?t open and the dining room is a 40 minute wait . Iamleaving 1 star for wasting my time and lying because the dining room was half full. Read more

3 stars because it was clean and I liked the placement of the art work on the ceiling. The food was okay, the best thing was the... southern charmer burger, but barbecue sauce makes everything taste better in my opinion. Everything else was bland and bitterespecially the fish. You can tell a few people must have complained in the past about timing and when they received theirbecause now that's all they care about is throwing hot food in your face (not literally) before you have a chance to complainabout tardiness. I mean I get it but where is the seasoning? Also please for the love of the Food God change the grease! Theflavor is not in the grease! You can easily tell you fried the fish in the same grease as the fries and that's why everythingwas bitter. Last thing I will admit I didn't tip my server. Reason being is because I feel like she tried to hustle her section.The only thing she did was smile and say "Hi! I'm so and so, and I'll be your server. What can I start you with to drink?" Afterthat she kept walking pass us and another woman did all the leg work, brought us the food and refills. She (the other woman) iswho I would have tipped but conveniently at the end the first girl came back saying "Oh you can pay and tip at the kiosk on thetable". I took my kids here as my oldest will leave for college this Friday. My daughter ordered a well done burger it had so much pink... she couldn?t eat it. My burger was supposed to have a little pink (medium well) it was raw! I had an upgrade to the garlic friesthey didn?t have the Parmesan cheese on it and had to bring it out in a cup. The drinks were flat, no one asked us if we neededa refill on anything drinks or fries. It was not busy at all maybe 5 tables in the whole restaurant so there was no reason thatour food was not cooked correctly. We had gotten to Red Robin at a decent time of night. Our server had around 4:00 to 5 tables, but she was the only server that... had shown up that night! I'm sure she was super exhausted by the time the night was ending. She did not forget a single thingthat we ordered and was so kind. Thankfully we were fortunate enough to be able to tip 100%! Came in for a late, late lunch. The place was tidy and clean. Not a lot of tables were sat and we were waited on in a timely... manner. Wanted a hamburger but not from a fast food joint. Took my daughter for her first time yesterday. Although the waitress was very nice , we only seen her when it was time to pay.... The guy that brought the food was polite but the food wasn?t good at all. I asked the waitress to make sure there was no pink atall in the burgers , and she assured it would be well done. No pink . This was my burger . After biting down and tearing itapart it was just too sickening to get another . The place wasn?t busy at all so I don?t understand why it wasn?t cookedthoroughly.
