The service is very inconsistent, most of the staff is just young kids that play around too much, not serious about their job... and don't know how to follow instructions properly. Prices are too high for the low quality of food that is offered. If i payfor an over priced blast with extra candy but only get a cup of icecream with a tiny dust of candy then it really shows how muchthe staff cares about customer satisfaction. Read more
We ordered 2 hot dogs, waited about 30m without any kind of heads up. Normally, whatever, people get busy, but the folks walking... up were getting food within 5 minutes, cars along both sides of us would pull up and get food and drive off. Read more
Getting the order right is half the battle then it's the Service, Time and Quality. So the order was wrong, they claim they had... to remake everything. It took 20 min waiting in the drive-thru, way too long! Other orders were getting out ahead of ours whenwe finally received the order food was cold. The manager blamed it on new staff, staff blamed things in the kitchen notworking. I will not be returning back to this site until they get their act together! Nice staff, professional & courteous. Managers need to check restrooms periodically & assign cleaners. Food was hot, freshly... made and tasted great. Good experience! ps... Don't forget restrooms, only thing that kept from 5 stars. They were THAT bad. Read more
The young man,Eric was very pleasant to talk with. He took my order. The burger was fresh and hot, tater tots were fresh and hot... also. And the unsweetened tea hit the spot! Very good food and experience!! Read more
Their food is not good. I've tried giving them another chance because I do like their drinks but they somehow managed to mess... that up to. Ordered a large banana milkshake and they just threw a whole unripe banana in it, didn't even blend it. The onionrings were soggy and cold. Lukewarm soggy cheese sticks.They don't cook anything fresh. I cant believe the owner has let it getthis bad. Read more
Worst fast food experience I?ve ever had. Waited in a long line for over 30 min and come to find out that no one was working or... taking orders. A customer complained and finally 2 workers came out. One was cussing and saying they don?t care at all. Everyonein line left. Read more
