Additional Information
First when we ordered they could hear us even when we yelled. Then they forgot to include items we order so had to repay to get... it. The one of the orders we did get was wrong, they came out took our receipt and they said they?d fix it. Waiting 20 mins forthem to come back before pressing the button again. They ignored the call, so we pressed again. They ignored it again. Was therefor 35min waiting for them to fix it. Very unprofessional Waste of money Orders are always wrong The food wasn?t even worth itbecause it was all over cooked. Just terrible in general. Read more
Let?s just this franchise ?the south highland location? gives SONIC a bad representation . They do represent Sonic?s motto of... ?SONIC revolutionized the ordering process by using curbside speakers that allowed customers to place food orders without everleaving their cars. This technology spawned the slogan "Service at the Speed oSound?M" Not only did I have to leave my vehicleto order but I also had to honk my horn. I was completely embarrassed about the whole situation and so should SONIC. Theassistant manager Towany Harris was very unapologetic and unprofessional. I would love to have a conversation with Tim the areasupervisor or Daniel Campbell the store manager. Read more
Order stations are always broke, the order ahead app NEVER works but all the sonics around but S. Highland does? The owner needs... to step up because this sonic stays packed most of the time. The food is great and I haven't really ever had any bad servicethat I can remember. Read more
Horrible service. Long wait. ALWAYS forget something but there?s no point in buzzing back in because it takes 5 minutes for... someone to answer, even if you get it fixed it?s not right. Somethings always made wrong. Has majorly gone down hill the lastcouple of years. Foods ok still but never right and I?m guessing it?s the manager there now that?s always yelling and givingcustomers attitudes once you try to get your order fixed. Read more
