Took 30 minutes for our meal. Bathroom was disgusting. Garbage was over flowing from cans in the restaurant. Tables were dirty... and so were the floors. Staff was unfriendly. We will not be going back. Read more
They keep half of your food. Tell you to pull up to the rail and still give you cold food. Especially at night. They have billed... my card several times for the same meal. Been trying to get information almost a week. Do not use credit ???? card here!! Spoke with GENERAL MANAGER and still nothing!!! The owners need to honestly start over with a whole new crew. The actual food is adequate and what you'd expect of any Zaxby's - no issues there. Unfortunately, dine in service is about as... close to non-existent as it could be. I've been in twice in the last three months. Both times multiple employees will look atyou and look away ('ain't my job) and not even let someone know that someone is ready to order. My most recent visit I waitedabout 4 minutes with four different employees making eye contact with me. I finally asked if someone was around to take anorder.
