I HATE the owner, manager, whoever he is. He's always so arrogant and rude to both his employees and customers. Everytime I see... him in the store, I go somewhere else. Today, however, I was starving as I didn't have a break at work. The ladies who made mysandwich were lovely and don't deserve to work under someone like that. Oh, and he yelled at me for "scanning something wrong"when he honestly needs an attitude check and a career check. Fantastic food! Service is GREAT if he's not there, hence why the 3stars. Read more
The associates here were very personable. The bread and ingredients were fresh. Love Subways menu options and variety of meats... and veggies available. Can't beat a cookie for desert. Read more
The other rude lady no longer works there so that's a plus! The African American lady there now is very nice, professional and... very helpful. She needs a raise as she works by herself a lot and keeps a good attitude and has worked there some time. Mysandwich and cookies fresh and delicious! Literally the worst experience I?ve ever had in an establishment. I ordered ahead on the app so my order was already paid for.... When I got my order I didn?t receive the chips and one of my sandwiches was wrong (like not even close to being right). I wentinto the building and told the worker that my sandwich was wrong and I didn?t get my chips. She proceeded to argue and say thatthe order was right. She even dug through the garbage to find my receipt to prove me wrong. I told her I had my order pulled upon my phone. She refused to look at it. She was so rude. She was borderline aggressive and did not want to make the sandwich Ipaid for. She finally told me to give her the incorrect sandwich back and she made the one I ordered. It was an extremelyunprofessional and uncalled for . Oh and their were customers waiting while this was going on. She appeared to be the onlyperson working so I understand the frustration but there was no need to be rude. Read more
They do not accept coupons. The prices on their menu are different than what it rings up. When I ordered my sub the clerk looked... at me like I was crazy and said ?Ew, really?? ?I guess you order what you want?. He didn?t know what toppings were where andcompletely missed 3+ things I requested but at this time I was ready to leave. The coupon I have was 2 foot longs for $12.99. Iordered a footlong and decided on a 6in to save money and it was originally $19. The clerk rang us up for 2 bottled water too.After he corrected it the total was $16. The prices listed on the menu were cheaper. Seemed like a money maker decision bymanagement. I get work is hard to come by and the clerk could be a new employee, BUT with no coupons and higher prices thecustomers will walk away disappointed that they didn?t chose firehouse instead. Read more
