Stopped by while visiting, Ms P made the best breakfast burrito I?ve had in a long time. The employees here need to be paid more... for what customer base they deal with (pass through truckers and tourists), not a fan of how corporations come into small townsand shut down the local businesses and then underpay their employees. 8.95 times out of 10 my food is correct and I can?t recall a time where the service was anything other than polite and/or... friendly. I use the app, check in at the drive-through, drive around and pick up my food no hassle.???????? Read more
If I could give a zero, I would. Went 9:40 pm June 12 and ordered 4 vegan burritos. After paying my hard earned money and once... I reached my destination I realized that half the ingredients were missing on my burrito with the exclusion on black beans thatwas not available.I was ok with that but not the fact that those ladies in that store purposely fixed my food so subpar. May 19th 2022 at approximately 10:15 in the morning. The entire establishment was filthy. The drink station was not stocked. It... took almost 15 minutes to get my food and I was the only person in the lobby. New management is needed. I will not return tothis location. Read more
I ordered online and picked up in the drive through. The line moved a little slow, but the lady at the window checked my bag... twice and made sure everything was right. Then I noticed they had a LARGE order going out at the same time. The food was hot anddefinitely freshly made. Based on them likely being short staffed, they did an excellent job! Read more
PLEASE!! If you are going to use packets that someone left behind.. WASH THEM! Has nothing to do with Covid..it?s just nasty!!... Especially when your chips or cinnamon twists end up in the bag mixed with the nasty packets. This was one of the best Taco Bell experiences, food wise, I have ever had. The whole combo was fresh and portioned pefectly my... only complaint is the MtnDew in the Machine was either high on Co2 or running low. Read more
these people are incredibly slow and rude. i?ve come here several times as it?s the closest location to my house and each time i... wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru for cold food that has been prepared wrong or thrown in the bag half wrapped. i?ve worked infast food for years and even managed a taco bell for 3 so i am normally incredibly understanding of this but after a 25 minutewait in line just to receive cold food and poor service tonight i?m going to say something. i?ll be finding a way to contacttheir area coach as well.
