If i could give no stars I would. This Taco Bell location is terrible I asked for ONE TACO MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY for my daughter.... They gave us a taco Supreme TWICE! Then when we went back in to ask for a meat and cheese taco they gave us a soft shelltortilla with LETTUCE ONLY!!! I AM EXTREMELY DISPLEASED AND WILL NOT EVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Ordered seamlessly online through the app and it was ready when I arrived. Food was fabulous as always? when you want Taco Bell... you gotta have Taco Bell!!! ???? My 1st time trying the Mexican pizza that everyone raves about... unfortunately it was placedin the bottom of the bag with the 6 tacos and 6 burritos on top. When I arrived home, the pizza was smashed from the weight ofthe other food and most of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box it came in ???? ????. Spent 40 bucks on a meal for my family and over half the order is missing. The restaurant smelled like a clean sewer. It's the best way I can describe the smell when i walked in. The floors were being... mopped and the bathrooms were well-stocked. I don't know if the mop water was old or of it's the mop head but the restaurant hadan unappetizing rank, sewer-like smell upon arrival. I did go ahead and order despite the smell because I needed to hit the roadand it was convenient. No one got sick so 3-stars for that. *Edit* I would like to mention that the bathrooms were well-stockedwith TP and soap, everything seemed organized and well taken care of, it's just the smell, whatever it was, was horrible. I come to this location fairly often, more than a little and I can see the improvement. Last night there was a new girl in the... window, and let me tell you she was a breath of fresh air, she was helpful and asked questions when she didn?t know, the manageron duty was very patient with her and helped when she misunderstood what I was trying to order. The employees at this taco bell are lazy and will have you waiting 30 minutes on two tacos and you'll be the only customer... there. Happens alot at this location which is sad since it's the closest one to me. Read more
