I usually don?t leave such hard reviews, but this place isn?t what it cracked out to be. Waited 45 Minutes for our food, 5... People got served before us who came in AFTER us, about 1 staff member ACTUALLY WORKING. Needs more and better staff. Notimpressed whatsoever. Read more
Originally stopped at a different smoothie place & had a terrible experience. Ended up finding Tropical smoothie & am so... thankful I did. The girls working were awesome!! No matter what time you come in the door they will serve you! I stronglyrecommend this location. The smoothie was great as well as the customer service! Read more

The staff was very helpful in making sure my order was vegan. The cashier actually pulled out a nutrition guide to double check... that there wasn?t dairy in the jerk sauce. Most bowls and wraps can be made vegan by asking for no cheese or ranch, and subbingout the chicken for vegan chicken. There are also a lot of smoothie options that look great, but I haven?t tried any yet. Read more
