Service is fast, but staff is pretty flat on emotion. Coffee drinks are amazing, as is the bakery. Menu is well rounded with... plenty of options for anyone. Some items are not as good as others, so there is a consistency issue with food prep. Atmosphereis very clean and inviting. Read more
Cute cafe in a historical building with a good, albeit very strong, cold brew coffee. Lots of coffee inspired antiques inside,... plus a great Probat roaster which unfortunately for us was not running at the time. The only detractor was rather loud music weweren't particularly into. Will sit outside on the patio next visit. Read more
Staff is always rude. The price you pay for their stuff is outrageous and I understand it?s fresh but you would think with the... price you pay you would get good service. Specifically the person with multi colored hair. Tried arguing about a drink order andsaid they would charge me to make another one. That would have been $15 for a latte. She didn?t want to make it right and blamedme that I ordered it wrong. I said iced. And she even said while ordering she was having a hard time hearing then blamed me formy mistake and wanted to charge me more to fix the drink. Come on people. I like supporting local but sadly Starbucks wouldhave smiled and said no problem we will fix it right up. I come to coffeeville for business meetings every week, from now on wewill go elsewhere. I was so wrong about this place. I live in the next town so I only pass once in a while but when I finally stopped in I was... shocked at how wonderful and cool and nice this place is. It has all kinds of different seating, inside, outside, upstairs,downstairs. The food is better than all of the coffee places around here. Read more
Delicious coffee and bakery and a very awesome environment- I believe they converted an old farmhouse to this cafe. The cashier... wasn?t very personable, but wasn?t rude at all. Nice place and we will visit again when we visit Jackson. Read more
Great location for meeting friends! The decor is classic, and this location cares about our environment. The teas are great, the... coffee is good, the Chai is a MUST! Very professional employees, super clean location, decent amount of parking. The service isso fast it?s great! The kind of location I would bring my mother to, I cannot wait to return.
