Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Don?t come to this location. I was yelled at in the window by Jill over some whipped cream on a... frappe. I drove back and forth a total of 3 times because of my order being messed up, that plus the rude customer service ofJill and the manager Jack who wasn?t very understanding or listened to me when I tried speaking and walked away mid sentence. Ilive in Jackson and I was also an assistant manager for that exact location. So I?m so disappointed in how I was treated. I?mnever rude and I?m always polite. Jill always had an attitude and clearly it?s getting worse and something needs to be doneabout it. Again don?t go to this location if you don?t want to be treated like garbage, getting the second window slammed inyour face and getting wrong food. Below I added the picture of the frappe that ?had whipped cream and drizzle? I took thepicture driving home I had not taken a sip. Then the two sausage muffins that they gave me when I had asked for 1 sausage eggand cheese biscuit. Drove back and forth a total of 3 separate times. All the rest of my food was cold at home. I?ve have a good experience for breakfast. Use the app every time. My trucks too big to go through the drive-through so I just... walk in. Staff is friendly to me. Also the bathrooms are clean. No complaints. Read more
Went through drive thru and went to pay, no one at the window. Waited 4 minutes. At the food window, had to wait for food (... order of 20 nuggets and 4 sm strawberry shakes). Finally got all but 2 of the shakes..had to pull up and wait another 5 minutes.There were.plentynofnpeople working and it was 2pm. Read more
Every McDonalds is a reflection of the crew manning the stations, and when I come in here, I know I?ll be in good hands. This is... one of those locations where you can tell the team is trained well, the management is professional, and the operations aresmooth. I?ve received nothing but friendly service, great meals, and fantastic deals every time I?ve visited. McDonalds is oneof those uniquely American institutions, spanning the globe- and maybe day to day it is a thankless job- but ill take a momentnow to give my thanks to the men and women who serve us every day under the Golden Arches. Jackson McDonald's location is not my local McDonald's I go to. I just so happened to be in Jackson and was looking for a quick... breakfast. I used the drive thru. Associate taking my order was very nice. I ordered 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin's without cheese.The only negative issue I experienced was that the eggs on both breakfast sandwiches were a little crispy on the bottom. Theywere still edible. Sum customers maybe ok. I'm not a fan. Other than that the experience was great. Read more

Jill is constantly the cause of my unpleasant mornings. She always has an attitude always has to argue. She makes my girlfriend... not ever want to go to this location she shouldn?t work there if she?s so miserable there?s plenty of other jobs hiring inJackson. Read more
