By far the best coffee experience in Jackson Hole. Derya and Minerva are the friendliest baristas I?ve ever had the pleasure to... buy coffee from. They ask how you?re doing and always remember your face while they greet you with a huge smile. This morningsome horrible customers got angry over something the baristas had no control over causing a huge scene. Despite their managerbeing there and not stepping in, they both handled the situation like champs! I would have lost my nerves a long time ago if Ihad to deal with some of the people they deal with. Was going to grab drinks together after grocery shopping but as soon as we walked up and talked about it together, the guy... working rushed over to threw a "Closed" sign over the registers... at 3pm...? Even the hours sign nearby said they were openuntil 8pm. Little weird, seemed like he just didn't want to take another order. (Only one guy waiting on a drink ahead of us) Read more

Great Starbucks- the baristas always recognize you which makes it feel more like a local coffee shop. In particular Sonia, who... has worked there for more than a few years, is friendly and quick and always greets me using my name- she gets my drink startedas soon as she sees me- which helps when you are in a hurry to get to work. Lately though there has been new people workingthere- one particular girl who usually works as a cashier in the grocery store- she talks and talks as if there is only onecustomer in front of her. I have witnessed on more than one occasion people leaving because they simply can?t wait any longer.Hence the 3 stars- Read more
