I love the punny name for this restaurant but was disappointed by the food. It did not taste bad but it was definitely an... Americanized version of Thai. The one and only server was very knowledgeable and polite. I?d like to see this place succeed,however, I?d probably not return, as I really enjoy Thai and was looking for a a more authentic taste. This place is very fond to me, it introduced me to Thai cuisine about 4 years ago, and I?ve been hooked ever since! I haven?t... been there frequently as I moved out of the neighborhood, but it?s great, the food is always delicious, and not once have I hada bad experience. I remember one year my husband and I didn?t have plans for New Years, we were down in the dumps actually, andI can tell you for sure Black Thai was there to save the night, thankfully!
