This establishment has been open for years! Serving food and serving the community for decades! As such everyone goes here.... Specifically Saturday mornings are PACKED please expect to wait during the weekend morning times. The average wait time is about20 min, obviously depending on the size of you party. Multitude of seats and seating arrangements available l, the food tastegreat and the staff is very friendly and try thier best to make things work on a busy day. Read more

I been coming to this I HOP for years never seems to amaze me, still has its issues, our waitress look grouchy, The special... Gingerbread Hot Choclate, I order was watery,But at least the seating time was less then 5 minutes, Hostess was very nice andcourteous. I order the Steak Omellete, nothing special..very dried like a October Leaf,.the steak little pieces it looks likeit was left all night, but it stll looks like a Omellete. My friend order the Basic Breakfast Sampler the bacon strips tastedvery old with a side order of pancakes, again nothing much other that we where hungry. Nothing that I expected from an I HOP,no matter how busy they are, the food has to be up to par. This place looks more About making a profit then serving qualityfood. Im very disappointed!! By far one of the best IHOP I have been to. Although, this is the smallest IHOP I have visited the food and service were... phenomenal. There is also plenty of parking spots. Read more

I used to come to this location when I was younger time to time. I've recently had cravings for iHop and after I heard they've... change to iHob (International House of Burgers), I wanted to try it. It has certainly changed quite a bit since then. No, notthe decor, not the design or layout but the food and service. We were seated immediately but the wait to take our order were waypast the polite wait time. Don't get me wrong because I like when servers give you a bit more time to look at the menu ratherthan ask you what you want right away. However, I got the chance to look over the menu 3 times and more and enough time to eventhink about tomorrow's day meals. Once I was able to get the server's attention, we ordered three entrees, two side dish, andwater. I had the grilled chicken over potatoes and the other two dishes were the steak tips and omelette. We also got the tresleche pancakes and a side of hash. My dish was good, I enjoyed it. We wanted the steak to be medium but it came out super welldone. It was so hard to cut through it. The omelette was alright. The tres leche came out to be too sweet but I didn't mind thattoo much. The hash brown was meh, it broke down very easily and didn't meet my expectations. I don't think I'll be stopping atthis iHop anytime soon or in the future. Maybe when they change the sign...but are they gonna? ???? Read more
