What used to be a good drive thru for late nights, has turned into laziness, and not caring about proper food preparation.... Cheese was cold, wasn't given but 3 packs of sauce to split between 3 meals even after asking for more at the window. Read more

We went there for breakfast at 7:45 am for breakfast! Know one would answer the drive through and drove to the window, the... employee look at us and walked off. You will never get a breakfast crowd with this kind of service!!!! I will never go toJacksonville Alabama Taco Bell again!!! Long line and the tacos had VERY LITTLE meat, after getting home from waiting in line. More lettuce than meat or cheese on the... original tacos that were ordered. Have had a better order before but sadly this seems to be the norm on original crunchy tacos. Read more
I was so disappointed in my Mexican pizza. The shells was supposed to be crispy and it's not supposed to be flat. Didn't have... a enough sauce and that meat was like potted meat wasn't chunky. It tasted awful and the same meat was in my 5 layer burrito! The meat was also tasteless, like they forgot to season it. Not worth the price! The only thing I enjoyed was the nachos andcheese. The amount of times this place gets your order wrong is mind boggling. 80% of the time you go, the order is wrong. It?s starting... to feel like it?s intentionally done at this point from poor workers who don?t care. I?ve asked for no beans on my burritos andit seems like put extra beans on there just in spite. I just went today and asked for no beans and steak on the burrito and theyput extra beans and chicken? How does that even make sense? This Taco Bell is never consistent they can only help one person at time at anytime of the day there can be 15 people in the... drive thru and there are concerned about their times then the people waiting for food outside they can have eight workers twolines running inside and still can only help one person at a time and half the time they do not have their full menu availablebecause there manager who ever orders inventory never orders enough and always check your bag because half the stuff is neverright you would think they would get it right considering the only help one person at a time.
