This place is horrible! The app states that if the pizza is not delivered to your car within 2 minutes of it being ready then... you will receive a free pizza. Once the pizza was ready the clock started counting down on the app then it suddenly stopped onits own. I turned my stop watch on and it was nearly 3 minutes until Jonathan came out with my order. I asked him about the freepizza and why the timer stopped and he said that he turned it off from the inside and then he walked off and ignored me. I donot recommend this place nor does Jonathan show any professionalism! Read more

I have been ordering our pizzas from this Domino's Pizza restaurant in Jacksonville for several months. No disappointments with... the food or service at the restaurant. These guys are not slow cooks when it comes to fulfilling your pizza or pasta orders. Iwas having trouble accessing the online app to place my order last week. So I ended up calling and placing the order via thetelephone and the human automated voice at the other end of the line. Here's the word from the Asst. Manager --- the male voicedphone assistant isn't the most reliable source for ordering pizzas!! For example, I ordered 2 pizzas, and the voice verified theorder with me, but what was prepared for me was only one pizza.???? The guys were happy to quickly build the 2nd pizza, as wellas a dish of Chicken Carbonara. (Same amount of time to cook in oven as pizza). Oh, God! So, so worth it!! The Chicken Carbonarawas so delicious!! I could hardly wait until I got home to dig in to the bowl!! There was enough in the bowl for 5 servings, Ibelieve. It was just as I had remembered it tasted the last time I had eaten it years ago!! So good!! This Domino's is differentfrom many that I have been in, in that there are tables and chairs for families to eat at inside this restaurant. The guys arealways friendly, helpful and will work to make sure that they give you the best price if you ask them about deals when you orderat the store or call them to place the order. Every worker or pizza engineer is very friendly here at Jacksonville. You won't bedisappointed with your order from the Domino's Jacksonville. Whether you order pizzas or pastas or sandwiches or bread twists--the garlic bread twists are so soft, hot and delicious right from the box! I never get home with the full box! Oops! Give this place an extra 20 minutes when they say it's ready on the tracker because they will say it's ready but they would just... start making it. They staff is very unprofessional, they were literally yelling at each other while I waited. By the time mypizza was ready they was more concerned about yelling at each other. Read more

I ordered my pizza (like I have several several times before to this same address) and Daniel has delivered my pizza to this... same address several times. A car sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes. I then received a call saying the driver felt unsafeand could not deliver. I totally understand it?s his right to deny service, but the same exact guy delivered my pizza to thesame exact address several times. Now my family has not gotten to eat. We were staying hotel and ordered Domino's take out. We got a medium Philly steak with light sauce, a medium Canadian bacon... with extra sauce, a 16 piece garlic bites, an order of cinnamon twists, and a 2 liter. The pizzas were disgusting. They werecold, overcooked, and barely had any cheese on them. The crust was supposed to be handmade pan and it was flat and rubbery. Theyboth had hardly any sauce when one was supposed to have extra. The bites weren't bites, they were big chunks of bread that werecold and overcooked. The cinnamon twists were overcooked, cold, and not worth eating. And what happened to getting a sauce withthe bites?! The only free cup I got was one icing for the twists. I had to pay for the marinara for the bites and garlic butterfor the pizza. When manager was called and made aware of all this his response was, "We'll try not to let it happen again."REALLY??? This take out Domino's was an epic failure! Do better Domino's!!! Read more

I ordered a large chicken bacon ranch pizza and the apple dip with cinnamon twists. The pizza had very little toppings on it (... mostly cheese) the apple dip was missing the cinnamon twists. Didn?t taste very good either. Won?t be going back. Read more
