Spent 30-40 mins in the drive thru about 8-10 mins for each car before me. Yall making each drink as the customer pulls up??... Can't be because when I got my drink the whip cream was melted and my egg bits when lukewarm at best. It wasn't busy insideeither. Four cars parked outside when I pulled up and no new cars when I pulled out. Longest wait times compared to all theother Starbucks I've been to around the country (travel for work), even with more cars in front of me. I counted 5 staff fromthe window, I've seen faster moving lines with less staff. No excuse. Read more
Super friendly and nice baristas! The Cafe area was clean. The bathrooms were clean, too. Drinks orders came out fast and cold.... We ordered cold drinks! It was not crowded when we arrive at 5:45pm and until we left at 7:30pm. We wished that they stayed openlonger say till 9pm. Read more
I took a break from this place hoping it would get better. It didn?t. The manager is constantly rude and refuses to let you get... a venti ice water even when you offer to pay for the venti cup. You?d think that after paying $7 for a coffee that they?d letyou get a water? ridiculous. she even went to the extreme of interrupting her employee on the speaker to tell me she?s themanager and will not allow it. The only reason I gave two stars is because the other employees there seem nice. This is theonly Starbucks in my area that does this. Read more
So.... I ordered a large and medium pumpkin spice Latta.... large was mine medium 4 a friends. Was given a dpuble shot mocha... nonfat for the medium. Why didn't I check? I don't drink friends coffees or think it's easy to mess up. Already at work so can'tgo back to get a refund or fix it. ???? Read more
This Starbucks is on the outside of shopping center is it's easy to get in and out . Every clean in the table section and very... clean in restrooms and I did check. The staff was very friendly service was outstanding. Even wanted to know what song wasplaying on there intercom they searched and found the answer. Definitely go back again Read more
It's been said that you can usually tell a lot about a place by simply observing the minor details. Well this held true at this... particular Starbucks location. When I observed the condiment station, there wasn't the standard array of spices like nutmeg &cinnamon. I had to bring that to their attention. The napkin dispenser also was found to linger empty, long before anyonedecided to take notice & address. I could be very harsh, but I'm going to take the high road and just say that this Starbuckslocation may be busy, but the staff was paying more attention to each other, goofing around, laughing loudly & cackling back andforth with each other, rather than keeping attentive customer service in the forefront of their minds. I order the same thing every single day. They know my order and know me by name. I have never been disappointed. They make my... drink correctly every day and each Barista that I have encountered is super friendly. I might have long waits in the drivethrough, however for me it is worth every minute because of the exceptional guest service and the on point accuracy. I live inCabot and personally choose this location over my own because I know that I?m getting consistency!!! Read more
