Literally sat stuck behind another car waiting for their food for **15** minutes today. Car behind and in front with two small... children (hungry! without food!) In with me. Don't go to the Zaxbys in Jacksonville till they fix their drive thru waitingsystem. Furious with them. Read more

Downloaded the Zaxbys app and I got a reward. Free big snack pack. Came with 3 strips, toast, fries and a drink. Food was good... but friend weren't hot. They were out of a lot of the drink options so I got an water with lemonade. It was ok but disappointedwith the drink options. Read more

Its been 30 minutes and they are just now making me aware that my order is 5 minutes from being done if i hadnt already paid i... would've never even paid. I suggest slim chickens over zaxbys due to lack of customer service and the laziness of these cooks imliterally standing at the front counter watching people talk and frolic about as if they dont have me waiting. Good was meh but the tables were extremely dirty and sticky. It's important to mention I was the only customer when I initially... arrived so the tables having crumbs on them and being disgusting didn't make sense. Read more

First time eating here and and the chicken club sandwich is amazing! The customer service I experienced was pretty good as well.... They got the order right and the food was hot and well seasoned! I'm not a fry person but those fries were phenomenal! Notwilling to quite label it as one of my favorites just yet but I will definitely return in the future. Good job Zaxby's! Read more

I havent had zaxbys in a long time. The tenders we got were shrunk and dried out. (The tenders get dark when theyre old) Mustve... been the leftover tenders from lunch rush.
