Such a bad sign when you walk in, nobody greets you, staff is having a pow wow at the bar? living their best life. Tables are... all empty. Host finally greets us and says it will be 10 minutes if everyone shows up for their shift? He made a point to tellus that it was a shift change. Nobody cares about your shift change. Do people stop working during the shift change? After about25 minutes we left. This is unacceptable! We don't want a lame apology or to talk to corporate. We ordered drinks first, took forever to get the drinks. Then ordered appetizer which was the spinach dip , needed some extra... flavor. After what seemed like forever, our food finally came, needless to say our steak was cooked wrong. So sent it back.Ordered second drink , 45 min later steak came to our table. This time the steak was cooked to perfection. The manager wasawesome. I think if it wasn't for him we would still be waiting for our food. The manager graciously comped our meal and weonly had to pay for the drinks. Which were really good. Oh bring a light jacket it's cold in there. I wish I knew the managersname so he could get creds. The place is short on servers but the servers were excellent. If it wasn't for customers that were trying to walk out on their... checks we would have had even better service. But my burrito Burger was amazing and The Bourbon Street steak was also very good. Read more
I've been there several times before with families friends church groups. Great service all the time. Most times the food is... good. (only twice my steak/ribs were overdone) This past Tuesday was the first time I went during happy hour. I will be backagain. Chicken quesadilla and drinks were on point. Hey all, well I went to Applebee's to celebrate my friend girl birthday, I ordered my non alcoholic drank, was gonna order... something stronger but chose against it. The drank I ordered was the strawberry mango smoothie it was all that! the only thingmissing in that drank was the rum. I ordered the baby back ribs with mashed potatoes, those potatoes were delicious so when yougo try the potatoes, by now you know the ribs are good. As far as that drink is concerned I ordered one to go by the time I madeit home I was on a sugar high. Like any other establishment watch out for some of the flying bad attitudes you don't want themto land on you. Read more
We were given food with nothing to eat with. Waitress had on a head scarf on the work floor. Certain things tasted like fresh... dish water like the vegetables and my beer. I'm not coming back. Might have been this one particular night but I'm not going togive it another try to see if it's better. Cross Creek here I come. Free promotions. Applebee's left a literal bad taste in mymouth. I ordered online. When I called to confirm, I was advised it was being bagged. When I arrived, an employee was already outside... and he motioned for me to give him a moment. I called, again and I explained I was there to pick up an order. The employeesaid, "ok", and hung up. She didn't ask for my order details, my name, type car, etc. Nothing. After waiting and no onereturned outside, I went inside to inquire about my order. A bag of food was sitting on a rack. An employee confirmed that itwas mine. Thats it. No apologies; nothing. I got home and the food was cold. The Shrimp Alfredo hardly had any sauce, theribs were cooked too hard, the fries were cold...everything was cold. Tried going the night before that and we just stood atthe door with other potential customers. No one addressed us and the waitresses looked as if they were unhappy to be there.
