8/31/2022 around 8pm. Lady at the counter was extremely rude. There was no ice in the ice machine? figured they fill it up or... something but that must he to hard. Asked her for some ice and was rude. Ordered a large and a small curly fry? thats it.. andit took over 22 minutes. They also keep clearing orders to lower their time for orders made. I used to work for dominoes.. iknow the tricks. Unbelievable. 22 minutes for fries that are made in bulk and could be bagged up easily? wow sure do miss thecountry cooker restaurant that was in the truck stop before covid shut it down. Read more
Stopped in for a quick breakfast. They had no eggs, soda fountain wasn't working at all. Ordered 2 chicken biscuits. The biscuit... consisted of a single chicken tender. Absolutely the worst Arby's I have ever seen. Do not, under any circumstances eat at thisplace. Terrible experience. Read more
Food is always correct, but for whatever reason you tend to get ignored. Yesterday we had to actually go inside, we sat in the... Drive-Thru for over 10 minutes and was ignored, and even upon going inside was ignored at the counter for a while. And theslider buns are always stale, do better with your food ordering and your staff training. Read more
We stop here every time we drive to south Carolina and this location is never a miss they are always beyond perfect I look... forward to stopping here for hours on the way up in the vehicle but once I get my Arby's from your location the rest of the tripis a breeze. So to the whole staff top to bottom thank you a million! So when it gets slammed busy next time know there is a fewpeople in line that waited all week to see you all. The food was not terrible. The service was terrible. My roast beef was cool so I would question temperature control. You could... tell the staff was new and training was being conducted however the crew falls short in the customer service category. Thefeeling was we were bothering them just being in the building. Cashier could not focus. Did not pay attention when placingorder. Kept repeating same questions over and over and still entered the order incorrectly. Site was out of chocolate so theycouldn't make a chocolate shake. Cleanliness is not a priority at this location. I have never witnessed an Arby's operationlike this. This is definitely not the standard of Arby's I've been accustomed to. Read more
For starters, our food was fresh. That's the best part. Everything else was no good. The young lady that was taking our order... seemed like she was having trouble programing a rocket launch. The the price... holy smokes. We could have gone to a nice sitdown restaurant with what we paid. Definitely would not recommend this Arby's. At least everyone was nice. Read more
I would give this place zero stars if I could... no drinks, no courtesy and no sort of service happens here. Ice & pop machine... were broken, we were still charged full price and given the option or warm tea or a bottle of water. No respect was shown fromthe employees at all as they rolled their eyes and sighed during our order. If we had not been traveling with multiple hungrychildren we would have went somewhere else! Wow. Something has changed. For the good too. Food was DELICIOUS and the drive thru wasn't coned off.
