Working in the area I've stopped in here more than a few. Don't be surprised if you see workers in slides. (Never mind health... codes?) Do not be surprised if breakfast ends at 10 AM because. Happy Arby's is still 24 hrs at this Pilot truck stop on Prichard exit. Haven't been there for 5 yrs since I don't work nearby.... At midnight my friend and I were hungry after concert downtown and had a 45 minutes drive home. Was disappointed with brisketsandwich, the brisket was very dry, fries were great and drinks you get many choices. Also shake machine was broken ????. That place is so gross. The mini dining area was so dirty. The person taking the order was not happy to be there. The food made... me sick for 2 days. Arby's Pilot Travel Center - best chicken (chicken ranch I believe) sandwich I've had in a long time, I mean it's Arby's so... their standards are a little higher overall in my opinion. Another HUGE plus is that most of the times it's the ONLY place inJax you can find a milkshake after 8-9pm - not an exaggeration!! It's by far not the best Arby's in Jacksonville however if youhave a late night craving for a good quality meal and yummy shake this is where you want to go. Read more
Very poor service to pushy trying to order for me. Order was not complete had to go back in store in pouring rain. To get rest... of order. BBQ brisket was very dry on edges, could eat. We ordered let,tom,onion added didn't get it. Will not be back here. Read more
Not very friendly at all. Every time I go in , whether it's for breakfast or lunch, never a smile on the cashier's face nor a... smile in their voice. They talk so quiet I am always having to ask them to repeat themselves. Got an orange juice this morningand it was already opened the pull tab was in the lid upside and the outside seal was broken so I threw it away. Come on now. Horrible customer service. Noone came to the drive through. Went inside.. Employee didn't want to take my order. No ice told to... get it next door however customer in front of me was given ice from behind the counter. Tossed sauce at me. All while my 8 yrold grandson watched this bad behavior. Employees talking about having diarrhea while standing at the pick up counter. Update:I received 2 free meal cards. I won't be using them at this store. Read more
