Bento has really gone downhill the past year. Came to this location since the riverside location doesn't have udon noodle soup... anymore. The cashier must have not paid attention because both my udon noodle soup and my friends were wrong. I asked for no BokChoy and Wakame. Mine came with bok choy so they had to fix it. My friend asked for plain noodles since they were out of katsuchicken and he doesn't eat tofu or shrimp. He added a combo with coke and an egg roll They were also out of the Dragon FruitLemonade even though they still had a sign up for it. So I just had water and ginger salad for my conbo. I let a team memberknow and she brought mine back out and it was fine. She said there were problems with the particular cashier who took our orderand offered to refund my friend when they were finished with their food. It's sad to say I probably won't be back to eitherlocation in the future. There's not many noodle places in town so I go where I can. Read more
Delicious sichuan steak rice bowl with level 1 cayenne pepper! Originally they brought the wrong order but I corrected them... saying it?s steak not chicken and they made things right! The Norelle lady server was superb and friendly. Love it. She eventreated me with miso soup for their mistake. Read more
The food was okay. The staff were helpful in trying to help me find a vegetarian option. For someone who was driving from... Tallahassee down to Miami, this was our dinner option for the road trip. It was just okay, but for what was going on, it wasjust right. Not heavy, not too delicious, but simple. However, if you?re from Jacksonville, you should try finding anotherlocation if you?re a vegetarian. The tofu was mediocre at best. The noodles were meh. The rice tasted as if it had been sittingfor a bit. The only reason why I?m rating this location as a three, the staff did try to go above and beyond. Read more
The absolute worst at not adding the items you order especially the ones you pay extra for. This has now happened 3x at this... location. Keep giving another opportunity but they seem to fail. Also if someone is getting takeout of sushi, it should be keptin the fridge until they get there. My raw fish was warm. That?s disgusting. Read more
I have been wanting to try this restaurant for some time. Ordered the Bento box stirred fried chicken with Miso soup. The food... was not worth the price, my soup came out 15 minutes after my entree came out and it was cold. I will not be dinning again. Read more
So I am posting this to note 2 things. To start, the food we usually order is delicious. However I have been a little bothered... with portion sizes lately...it's been inconsistent. I've included pictures of my kids meals to show because that was the lasttime I ordered something there....I would of gotten myself something but Yellow Curry sauce has been out for a while. Which isthe only sauce I like. But neways it's happened with my meal as well as my husband's meal. Where, for instance, the green beanswere very few. Like in the photos. One child got more than the other. Also once or twice the wait was extremely long for ourfood. But it wasn't busy in the restaurant. It seems to of gotten better. So for now I'm keeping it at 3 ????. I'll update whenthe consistency is better on the food and the yellow curry sauce comes back.??????? But good overall. Read more
This was our first time visiting and we had a great experience. The server helped us figure out what was vegan and I decided on... the pineapple sweet and sour tofu. We also had the Korean steak, mango boba, and mango boba slush. We thought that the boba wasnot super amazing and thought it was weird that instead of upgrading to jellies they added boba and jellies to the drink. It wasa little loud and busy for a Monday afternoon but we were still able to find a table and hear each other. Would definitelyrecommend this for a quick and tasty lunch. Read more
I wouldn?t go back and wouldn?t recommend coming here, especially given that there are better bubble tea and sushi places in... Jax. ??? $22 for a medium bubble tea and a special roll ? too much for what you get. The boba was alright ; I had wantedtapioca pearls but they had run out (which imo, if you?re serving bubble tea, you should always have the most popular toppingreplenished at all times) and for the size and the taste, I could?ve gone to Kung Fu Tea and gotten a large with a largerselection for $6. The bamboo roll was great ! The price is too high and the roll was cut into 10 pieces which sounds like a lotbut some of the pieces were thin, so I think there was supposed to be 7-8 good sized ones.
