This little gem is hidden away, and the food was delightful. I have never been to a Bento before, and the gentleman behind the... counter helped me pick out my bowl and described certain items. I was so pleased with my dinner. It was a LOT of food, and if Iwasn't starving after my day-long drive, I would have saved half of it for lunch the following day. The ingredients were freshand the taste was amazing. When I come back to town, I will definitely be eating here again! Read more

First time at this location, always enjoyed their food at the Town Center Restaurant. Food was always amazing so going to JAX... today craving for some of our favorite Bento dishes, we decided to try Riverside location. I ordered a regular size rice PokeBowl with Shrimp and Tuna $16 and a Miami Roll $16 No Drinks When food made it to our table we felt disappointed, it did notimpressed us as we were used to. My Mother had the Tuna & Shrimp bowl and I tried to have the roll but honestly was no just uglyand poorly looking, it was not good. Shrimp tempura was supposed to be very crunchy and it was not quiet. What a bad lunchdinner for almost $36 Manager or Assistant Manager tried to convince me the specs were correct but honestly it was more thanspecs. She gave us a $15 Gift Card in exchange to the roll. I wont be back to that location ever again. Read more

Date: Spring 2022 Note: bobba Tea to go purchase only I can only review on a quick to-go order of a Bobba tea. The drink itself... was amazing, I got a mango coconut bobba tea and it had really good flavor. They have outside seasing which wasn't verywelcoming and no outside trashcans anywhere. The staff we interacted with was nice and they have happy hour here. Read more

I ordered a taro milk tea and it wasn?t good unfortunately. The food was decent 7/10. What made the experience bad though was... just the service. Extremely slow and they aren?t taking into consideration of customers time. By the way we order the milk teasand they took over 20 mins to make them. Read more

It's best to get your food to go. Three of us went in to order back to back ,sat at the same table for came out 8-10 minutes ... between us . We did not eat together. We watched each other eat. I can say food was hot and fresh. I am thinking shirtstaff? Young lady at register was bright and friendly where she operated two registers. Food was delicious. Read more

I've given Bento a few chances before making a review. I understand their model, "upscale" counter service so I shouldn't be too... hard on them, but the price is too high for the poor quality in food and the unsatisfactory in employees. Another chain withunseen or untrained management letting unhappy employees wear it on their sleeves and unregulated food standards to go out tothe "guests". The sushi rolls have always been gas station level. The rice is usually days old or under cooked, fish isquestionable. Like ordering sushi from Panda Express so I wouldn't recommend that, especially at the price point. Padthai waslacking in flavor, orange chicken was hard and/or old. Szechuan lacked in flavor. I had boba tea that was nice, but the angstthat projected from the employee made me uncomfortable, so I probably won't "bother" these employees again. Read more

The place was very clean. I loved the environment, it was beautiful and stylish. But unfortunately, the flavor from the food... didn't quite seem on the same level. I ordered the sushi bento box. The two sushi I added were the avocado and mt. Fuji and werequite good. But the Cali roll was chewy and tasted almost stale as though it was made earlier that day or the day prior and juststored for future bento. My two companions got rice bowls and neither of them cared for the flavor. They didn't have quite a fewflavors available due to shortages, but it is what it is. The drink I created was a passion fruit green tea with passion fruitjelly. It was my favorite part of the meal. Though, they don't currently have mango flavor, so I had to substitute. All in allit's a beautiful place to relax in. The food wasn't good enough to say I'd come back to it. If you live near here you shouldgive it a try. Their specialty sushi is good, as well as the drinks. Read more
