Had chicken katsu bowl to go with katsu sauce. Bento does the best katsu to date in town. Was a token portion of green beans on... side but flavors & textures were spot on including rice. Carry on as so, people will follow. Read more
First time patron. Their rice cooker was broken when I arrived. No big deal - I?ll order something else. Then I started to think... of why they would not have a secondary cooker or contingency plan in place - seeming rice is one of the most consistent item onthe menu. I guess that?s above my pay grade. I will say that I felt robbed for price and quality of food received. I?m surethey were dealing with issues in the kitchen. Don?t allow my input to deter you, perhaps we had an off visit. Read more

This will be my last visit to Bentos. The food is good, overpriced, but good?everything else is terrible. Customer service has... completely tanked. The staff isn?t even mildly friendly anymore?they act as if your patronage is burdensome. Not a single dinerin the place on a Saturday night and I can certainly see why. $100 order and then they want to charge you additional for sauce.But you?ll have to swipe a card to add on a small cup of sauce because taking $0.75 in cash is too much trouble. BENTO is the best place to get your poke bowls! You can custom them yourself: they have many different options of toppings,... proteins, and sauces! Everything is so tasty, big crush on the shitake mushrooms. The portions are perfect, the regular bowlsare big enough for anybody to feel completely full after eating the entire thing. The place is really pretty and well decorated!I also liked that we can see the chefs making the sushi or the bowls from across the counter. Last thing that need to be told isthe quality of the staff member. They are very welcoming and friendly, and they are super helpful. Eric took our orders and hegave us a very great customer service. Did Uber eats from here twice and food was SO good and fresh! Had sweet and sour pineapple chicken and egg rolls. Yum!
