We went into Bitty & Beau's today and I am so happy that we went today! Everyone was so nice. The coffee was so so good too! The... atmosphere is so nice and just very inviting. I am so glad that this coffee shop has come to Jacksonville! I will be going backfor sure many times ????! I do want to apologize for my son being a little too crazy while we were in there...but him being onthe spectrum with adhd it is very hard for us to go places and we did not have anyone to watch him. This one has been on my list for a while! Two months of waiting was worth it! I got a Peppermint Bark Latte, and it was... delicious!!! I think it could?ve been mixed a little better, but I will absolutely be back for another one. I also got thisadorable cup ornament for my tree that I am about to go and put on right now ???? In regards to the service, I don?t think I?veever been more warmly greeted ???? this very nice woman told me she was so glad that I was there, and she wanted to see me backin. It was the type of warmth that not only do we need in this season, but year round. I really needed it, and I was verygrateful for her taking the time to say that to me even despite having a very busy shop. I love the radical inclusivity, and Iwill certainly be back. So, this place has a nice story and a great mission (check them out online). But none of that would matter if the coffee wasn't... good. And their's IS! Smooth, not bitter. Both flavored coffees came out perfect. And we shared a huge, decadent cinnamon roll.All the staff was super polite. And the best part is there is a boring old star-you-know-what right across the street! ????????I would say Bitty & Beau's deserves your support! Read more
I haven't had the pleasure of of first hand experience but definitely intend to check it out. The prospect of doing business... with people who are happy to have a job and serve their customers with friendly appreciation certainly has more appeal thanhaving to listen to a bunch of cry babies at Starbucks who are making $15-$16 an hour but want to destroy the company that paysthem by letting the unions get a choke hold on another American business.
