Let me start by saying we are from North Carolina and love Bojangles. We stopped here twice with my son who was home from the... army because it is his favorite and he can?t get it where he is stationed in Kansas. The 1st time they were out of large cupsand got part of my order wrong. The second time they had diet Mountain Dew in the regular spot ( and in the diet spot) then thechicken biscuit was completely raw in the middle? we took it back up, and said we didn?t want a replacement because it literallymade my daughter sick and the only response We received was ok, no apology or anything else. Also, NC Bojangles serves theentire menu all day, apparently they do breakfast only in the morning, is this typical? No third chances Jacksonville Bojangles#rawchicken ???? Read more
I have been to this bojangles 5 times as its on the way to place I like to fish. Its hands down the worst bojangles ever. Why do... I still go there? Well its become kind of a joke. We always go there to see how bad the customer service will be this time, orhow bad they don't want to give customers food. Every time is something new and its a hoot. sorry sir we have no straws thenslammed the drive through window in my face, But thats ok the last 3 times they don't serve the drive through at all... butnothing like going inside to find out they don't have any food left. And after all that if you get any food at all, its thepits.All in all this might be the biggest joke of a restaurant. I highly recommend you tryin the drive through for a laugh. Thisbojangles Hates customers, they will go out of their way to make sure you never go back. They do it on purpose. just read thereviews. Was told drive thru isn't working, so I walked in and 5 employees were at front area on their phones while 1 lady took orders... and 1 gentleman was preparing food.. got home,our 3 chicken sandwiches bread was hard as bricks. when it first opened,it wasnice the people were nice .. now,it's just aweful watching the extra help not doing anything to help out, it's like they livedthere and weren't worried about what anyone thought while they played on their phones. On our way to Jacksonville, Florida and decided to pick-up breakfast here. We walked in through the convenience store and was... greeted immediately. We ordered 2 chicken biscuit meals to go. We waited about 5 minutes for our food and received fast andfriendly service with no issues. Food was hot and fresh. Read more
I honestly used to love bojangles. But the quality of the food and customer service produced here at this particular bojangles... is extremely below average. The black people were on there phones while one white girl took orders and packed by herself. Itseem a bit racial. And these employees obviously didnt care about the well being of truck drivers seeing as this is at a truckstop. Serving cold dryed food. These fries tasted like something non Edible. Worst experience ever. Please up your standards. Read more

Absolute worst bojangles I have ever been too! They are always out a lot of stuff, slow, always missing food/items from order,... and when you upsize your meal to a large, they never fill it up. Ordered a large hash brown this time and as you can see below,it was like ordering a small.. When I said something about it, the employee said ?well we don?t have anymore ready, you willhave to pull up and it will be about 5 minute wait if you want more?.. Food was amazing, Customer service was awful..there?s no posted time of the lobby closing and at 9:40 the lady cleaning the... lobby made the comment to another working that ?they? (us) are going to be cleaning up their own mess which there was not even amess. By the door it said they closed at 10 and online it says 11:30 we came in around 9:10 There was a lady out front cussingsome person on the phone, the lady taking our order was too worried about who was calling her phone rather then taking ourorder.
