To be fair to this specific location my my initial complaint is about the website not being phone friendly. It took me about 45... minutes Troubleshooting all different kinds of things on my phone and still could not place an order. It's been the 2nd time. Soto remedy I decide to call the store and place an order at 8:15.. I was told it would be ready at 8:30.. I waited until after8:30 to go to the register to pay and ask for my food.. I had to wait more.. When I finally decided To go ask for my food again,The staff took a minute to figure out that my order had not been made yet. Then someone sneakily went into the kitchen to try tomake the order.. Without anybody talking to me to let me know what's going on. When I got tired of just standing at the window Isignal for someone to come talk to me again because because the staff had moved on to chatting with other staff Or familiarfaces in the restaurant. Both staff members walked towards the window and again after me asking what's going on instead oftelling me they just spoke under their breath to each other. I ordered Uber eats so that means the store is responsible for making sure your purchase is correct! Well that didn?t happen! I... order 3meat salad only received 1?. I order extra meat and being that I only received one meat there was not extra meat! Iordered boiled and peach cobbler and neither was there! So yep I just had lettuce smh! I called and spoke with the manager onduty at night who said I need to bring the salad back for them to fix it?! I ordered Uber eats to not go out and they whereabout to close how can I make it up there smh never again! Read more

My turkey sandwich was good as usual, but I placed my order online. Daily specials were not displayed. The special that day... happened to be a turkey sandwich, a side and a drink. When I got my food I asked if I was supposed to get a drink, becauseafter all that is the special and I paid the same price as the special, I was told no... because the online order didn't have adrink. I explained that daily specials weren't online and was told...sorry. It's ok, I had drink at home, but I think thatcould've been handled better. Read more

Ordered a family pack online the day before pickup date and prepaid. Arrived only to be told the order did not exist, despite... the fact we had screenshots with a confirmation number and our card being charged. We were accused of "not doing it correctly." When the manager called the company, they explained it was in "future orders" because we placed it yesterday. He gave anapology and explained they never checked that. We wasted 20 minutes arguing and it would have been easier to walk in and orderthan order ahead and argue. We completely understand computer glitches and human errors occur, but something to compensate forour frustration qnd wasted time would have been nice. Offer a discount or some type of free food...and research the issue beforeaccusing the customer of being wrong. If this happened and had been handled correctly, we would think nothing of it. Thingshappen. However, this occurred AND was handled very poorly. We will take our business elsewhere. Read more

Food was great but ordering online is useless. Ordered a big meal for my Child?s baptism on Thursday and was supposed to pick it... up at 11:30am Sunday. When I showed up they had no idea I ordered. Manager came out and found the order mentioned something tothe lady who was supposed to process it about ?your welcome? and then walked off. I tried to talk to him but he ignored me andwalked back to his office. I was fine with all that. Mistakes happen. I asked the lady for a beer while I waited. She obligedtook them about 30 minutes to put my food together and then as I walked out she said that will be $6.45 for the beer. I will notbe back even though the bbq was good I?ve had better service from the IRS. Read more

Ariel no longer works here but her room mate does! She will take care of you! I had the chicken special with the one rib two... sides this week! I have been known to eat here two to three times a week for lunch! Be patient with Ariel!!! She usually is theonly waitress! And remember she has to clean the tables for the next customer! She will take good care of you! And don't be likethe (4 wallyhogs) that ran her to death the other day when I was in there! Then left her a $1.00 tip! If you don't have moneyto leave a tip, get it to go!Food was delicious as always! Beef, Ribs, Chicken or Turkey with fries, slaw, baked beans and sweettea! Read more

Always fast, convenient, and delicious. However tonight, due to being understaffed or whatever is going on in the kitchen this... was almost digested by my child in a spoon full of her baked beans. Eating with silverware from home. There is no doubt it foundits way there during preparation. I understand that there is a demand to get to the food out in a timely manner but this isextremely hazardous. Read more
