Today i ordered 2 salads from there today that cost $35 and was very disappointed the lettuce was weathered down the meat... chopped up any kind of way to make it look like you got more and it was not(lol) and presentation for the salad was not fresh atall. I remember when this used to be the best Bono?s in Jacksonville. But not anymore. Hopefully they will take these reviewsconstructively and make the necessary changes and be than before. Read more
The food was OK. Service was nice. Tables were dirty and I went there about an hour after they had opened. I ordered a salad,... they didn't have anything to really go on the salad except tomatoes, onions and cheese. They were out of everything else. Read more
Truly very disappointed I called in my order so I can pick it up and I ordered center-cut brisket and an order of fried squash.... I was really disappointed when I got a cup of brisket which was chopped up into cubes I'm not sure who they thought they werefeeding I did not ask for this I asked for center cut brisket which should have been in slices. Not only that the little cubeswere so hard it was almost like jerky I had to throw it away I didn't pay $15 to get nothing but a teacup full of meat verydisappointing. Number two this fried squash you could tell the oil that was used was old because they didn't come out goldenbrown they came out dark brown like a hockey puck. Number three I asked for peach cobbler I got two little small containers ofcobbler and all it was was full of bread not one peach anywhere the only good thing I can say about this is that the tea wasgood but to spend $35 on something I couldn't even eat is outrageous!!!!!!!!! So today me and my boyfriend decided to go to the bono's in Norwood instead of going to the one on Merrill road I usually have a... good experience with the salads however this time was the utmost worst. I'm very highly disappointed we paid $35 for two saladsboth salads were Brown lettuce and one of the salads had only a little bit of lettuce I asked for extra lettuce and he told meit was extra for lettuce that already should have been in the box instead of adding lettuce he gave me three extra onions that Idid not ask for I will not recommend this location to anyone. The staff were pretty nonchalant and didn't care about my concern.As I have NEVER hear it was extra for lettuce. THE SALADS USED TO BE 8/9.99 AND WOULD B FULLY LOADED. I AM NOT HAPPY and he justthrew it on there. I am a veggie lover so I was VERY UPSET I REALLY WANTED TO CRY. but I I jus won't b back. have a great day. Read more

I ordered from Uber eats and spent 60 dollars here. I ordered pulled pork and brisket. Got turkey instead of pulled pork. Called... they put me on hold for 15 min then hung up so tried calling back and they pick phone up and hang it up. Read more
Bono catered a meal for my plant today. They did a great job!! I could smell their work in the parking lot and got my mouth... watering. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The team inside were very nice and I appreciated all their help. Their mustardbased sauce was amazing!! I will definitely be back and use them for future plant events. Thank you Bono team! Read more
The restaurant in Norwood was awful. My tea had dishwasher suds and taste like it. My salad was was awful ranch dressing... tasted like mayo that was prepared in cups. My appetite was ruined and I want be visiting any more. There was no staff to openthe inside this was a horrible night. Read more
