Came to watch Football, and instead of the many empty tables, we were told they had no seating available, everyone had to wait... 40mins. Every customer asked if there was seating outside,at the bar, or any of the visibly open tables. BBW was only 30%capacity. I always give a restaurant a few tries before giving up. This is our third trip here and per usual, there were two tables in the... dining area, three servers in the dining area and we STILL had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. There is so much standing aroundby employees with absolutely no acknowledgment of your existence. This company clearly has some very serious internal issuesinvolving staffing, training, and ambition. It?s no wonder they have been on the verge of shutting their doors as a whole. Sadlyafter this we will not return. Not only to this location but any of them. Well it was my first time ever ordering from buffalo wild wings. I order Caesar salad and a 30 peace BONELESS WITH FRIES. I was... the last order of the night me and my wife got there a little before closing. I get about 10 minutes away and I checked my foodcompletely the wrong order I called back no one answered, I went back to the location they were closed. I called the next day tosee if I could get this taken care of because I didn't even eat the wings they were bone in with no fries as you can understandI was a bit upset when you have your mind set on a certain thing you want it especially if you paid close to 50 $ 49.74 to beexact. I called back the next day I spoke with someone about a reimbursement they said it would be taken care of the followingday I spoke with Brad and he took down the information needed and said I'd be refunded between 3 to 5 business days here it isgoing on the second week 10 business days to be exact and still no refund. I was told that the order isn't in the system anymoreso they couldn't pull up my total,and that they would have to speak with corporate about getting me my refund. Granted we alltake losses sometimes but 49.74 for something they got wrong, and I didn't even eat. so yes I'd like to get this issueresolved. The worst part of it all my wife paid for the order, so not only did they get the order wrong, that I didn't get toenjoy, I have a wife Nagging me about her refund that's out of my control and from what I was told I might not get back. I Nevereven got to try those boneless wings and as much as I would like to I don't believe I'll be ordering from there again, unlessthis issue is taken care of. Read more

Very Subpar chicken, the Honey and Sweet Barbecue wings made my girlfriend throw up. The waitress was very nice but the overall... service could be a lot better. A lot of people standing around and just talking for the most part. Read more

When we?re on the road, my wife and I enjoy stopping at Buffalo Wild Wings. Most of them are fantastic, with consistent food and... great beer selection, good service and solid bar tenders. Unfortunately, this Buffalo Wild Wings is not fantastic - it?sterrible. We walked in and sat at the bar (and from reading the other reviews I?m glad we didn?t wait to be seated)? thebartender was nice, but unfamiliar with what beer they did and didn?t have. Fortunately after we pointed the beer out on thelist she figured it out. Her service was painfully slow and she seemed overwhelmed with the few customers she did have. We hadan appetizer of cheese sticks, which was fine and then ordered some boneless wings, which took 40 minutes. By the time they gotto us, they were room temperature and dry. They sucked. At least we didn?t get food poisoning - at least I don?t think we did.The manager of this place needs to do something else for a living - because this is not working out. Read more
