The crew here are amazing!!! On my way back to Charlotte and stopped here for a quick lunch. Computers were down but were still... able to take our orders quickly. Food was hot and fresh. The members here were so polite and personable. The manager on duty andone of the cashiers checked up on us to make sure our food was good. And the man who was cleaning the floors made sure that thelobby was clean. I have been to 100?s of burger kings in my life and this probably my favorite one. Read more
The women that work here are really nice and provide top notch customer service. I only come in the mornings around open time so... I can assure my food is hot. Won?t test any other time as fast food places have the best reputation for re heating food that?salready been cooked or making you wait just to give you cold food. Read more
On my way to Maryland, so I stopped to grab a meal and use the restroom, but the restrooms were very dirty. Drop of blood were... on the floor, floors were dirty throughout the Burger King. The sink was so dirty that I thought it wasn't safe for anyone towash their hands. The Burger King had a not so pleasant scent when you entered. If this Burger King stays open, they truly needto tidy the place. My mother ordered ice cream and told me afterwards the customer service was terrible. The smell of the burgers, lures me. However, they don't taste as good as they smell. The burgers ???? have no flavor and bacon,... barely ???? helps. I have tried this, several times and only got a fantastic burger, once. They are probably shorthanded, likeeverywhere else. Still... Read more
