Went here and had a girl named riannah as the person taking my order she was so rude she barely acknowledged that we were there.... She mumbled everything she said, rolled her eyes when I asked for more fries with my order. I confronted her on it and to nosurprise she had nothing to say. I just spent $27 on overcooked chewy 4 piece fish meal. My husband got the deluxe seafood platter and his was overcooked and... chewy also. What's up with the teaspoon of broccoli and overcooked mac&cheese? I'm very disappointed with the 103rd Captain D'sto say the least. Read more
This particular Captain D's is very unprofessional & dry when taking orders, whom ever is taking orders needs better training in... customer service. I mean anyone can tell the young lady working the window apparently is not happy to do her job....there wasattitudes & more in her demeanor. We sit in line for almost 15mins... Then the lady taking the order had an attitude..smh weobviously will not be returning. When you know better,you do better!!!!. Read more
I have been sick since Monday. We got four of the fish platters and my mom and I have had food poisoning since then. The fish... was not cooked properly. This is day 3 and I still can't eat. Please make sure your fish is cooked right so the rest of us don'tget sick. Maybe even change the grease once in awhile. Read more
