This is a nice location with a well maintained and tastefully appointed restaurant. There's plenty of parking, The restaurant... was very clean, and the staff was gracious and provided a high level of customer service. We went for the monthly wine dinnerand it was a real treat! Food selections and wine pairings were outstanding throughout the 4-course dinner. The 4 differentwines were well paired to each course of: an appetizer, a special salad, a tasty entree and finally dessert. Often these dinnershave special items that are offered as appetizers, rather than entrees so you can try something new you might not normallyorder. Justin was the host for this event and kept it fun and interesting stopping by each table to check in and see howeveryone was enjoying. During the meal, several raffles were held where you could win various things from bottles of wine to afuture gift card to an upcoming wine dinner. At $55/person (without tax or gratuity) you get more than enough to eat with aleftover meal for the next day. A great experience - we'll be back next month! Read more

This was by far my worst visit to Carrabba's ever. I was there by myself the day before Father's Day at 11:00 a.m. when they... opened. There was a table of six and me that was the only people that came in the door. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink30 minutes for bread almost 40 minutes for an appetizer. Speaking of the appetizer I had the musels, which were wonderful but Ifound two mushrooms in my mussels. I'm glad I wasn't allergic. When I got my meal part of the scallops and shrimp were burnt soI asked them to redo that part I was willing to keep the rest of the food and eat. But they took everything back and I waitedanother 10-15 minutes for my entree. When I showed the waitress the burnt part of the food, since she wasn't the one thatbrought me my entree she said yes I agree that is burnt. I can hear her as she goes back to the kitchen "she said this isburnt". I waited 30 minutes for napkins . I spoke to a manager about the issues that I had, told him up front I didn't wantanything. I just wanted him to have some feedback and be aware of the situation. He looked like a deer caught in headlights, just no response to anything, he did end up taking an entree off again I did not ask him to do that. But I wasn't going to waitanother 20 minutes to have them change my check. All together I was there an hour and 45 minutes for a single person dining withan appetizer and an entree. Part of the problem was the kitchen part of the problem was the waitress. Again it was the daybefore Father's Day they should have been staff to expect higher volume, again it was just me and a 6 top so the really wasn'tany volume at that point. I love Carrabba's I eat there as often as I can but this was just by far not an experience I ever wantto have again. It's going to be a while before I go spend any kind of money at Carrabba's again. Truly disappointed Read more

I hadn't been to Carrabba's in a while...I should have come back sooner. We were seated without a long wait. The restaurant was... clean and service was excellent! The food was fresh, flavorful, and hot. I like that the food has more of a "real" Italiantaste. The chicken soup had tons of veggies and was seasoned perfectly. The complimentary bread was soft and warm; pairing wellwith the olive oil and seasoning. The menu is diverse, which accomodated us well. We'll be back for sure! Read more

Our server was nice and friendly, well knowledgeable and explained a few dishes, recommended drinks, didn't wait too long to be... seated and the food came out promptly. Definitely going back. Read more

Long wait but good food and drinks. Seems there is always a wait at this restaurant. Our waitress was new, but she was awesome... and took care of our needs. It was weird having to wait 10 minutes for a table, then walking in the sitting area and seeing halfthe restaurant empty. We then got seated right next to every other party eating, when there were plenty of tables open to spacepeople out. Read more

Today was my attempt to show my wife that Carrabbas is better than Oliver Garden. Called in to place an order to go and had to... wait a little over 5 minutes on hold. Lady who took my order was very nice. I asked for two orders of chicken marsala and tosubstitute the mash potatoes for fettuccine alfredo instead. When I arrived for pick up I wasn?t exactly sure what to do butsomeone eventually came out to help. When I was told my total something didn?t seem right. Found out that my substitution didn?tget put in. I let the server listen to my dash cam recording and she confirmed that I was clear on my order. She asked that Iwait 5 minutes for the kitchen to make some and that they wouldn?t charge me for it. Me and my wife really enjoyed our chickenmarsala and the potatoes were yummy too. Little disappointed on the fettuccine alfredo though. It came in a small cup and youcan tell it was just put together real quick. Definitely not what I am used to and my wife now thinks Olive Garden has betterfettuccine alfredo. But! She did admit the chicken marsala was definitely better. Read more

Believe it or not, this was my first time having Carrabba's ever. My husband had eaten at a different location years ago and... never wanted to go back. Needless to say it took some convincing to get him to go, and the gift card we had helped a lot. Wedecided to pop in as they opened for lunch. We took our picky 6 yo for a nice family meal. When we walked in the first thing Inoticed was the atmosphere. It was slightly dimmed with light music, making it calm and inviting. The staff was very friendlyand welcoming as well. We ordered and appetizer, kids meal, and steak to share and I'm happy to report everything was perfectlycooked. They start you out with bread that has a lightly crispy layer on the outside and an almost steamed soft center. Thecalamari, fried mushrooms, mozerella sticks, steak, and mac & cheese we ordered were also so delicious! This was the first timemy son tried calamari and he loved it! On top of that, my husband enjoyed the whole meal and is actually willing to go back! The fact that he hasn't wanted to eat there for years speaks volume to how wonderful their food was. I wish I had taken morepictures but we were enjoying the food so much i kept forgetting to.. I can't wait to go back for another family meal and Ihighly recommend them! Read more
