This was my 2nd time to ever try this company and glad I did. My meal (Carrabba's Italian Trio) was perfect. Probably one of the... best fettuccine and lasagna I've had in a long time. The chicken parmesan was alright but nothing special. The restaurant had anice welcoming staff. The host brought us to our seats within a minute of entering the establishment. I ordered the calamari and taste and portion has been really condensed. I visited the River place location in Jacksonville FL... and ordered curbside. The wait time was a bit longer than normal, the car next to me had been waiting for 40 minutes. I waitedfor 15-20 minutes outside of pickup time and the car to the left was waiting on a whole order redo. Just wasn't a goodexperience to other way to describe the timing and food. The calamari was fried but they forgot to sprinkle any type ofseasoning. And I normally order the calamari as a meal this held true to its name an appetizer. Read more

Food was simply typical Carrabba's food. However what made the experience the best was the super friendly staff. Our waitress... was super nice and took care of us very well. Compared to the other restaurants in the River City area which are not pleasantat all, Carrabba's is our go-to eatery when in the River City area. Read more

Haven't been to Carrabas in years. We had a fantastic waitor that was super attentive and nice. The food was delicious along... with the amazing blackberry sangria. Topped it all off with a slice of canoli cake. So so good. But upon our entrance to beseated the unmasked hostess sneezed in our direction, apologized, then without sanitizing her hands grabbed our menus and clothnapkins and silverwear. We both cringed as this was our first experience dining out together since the pandemic. We were alsoseated right next to the kitchen where the staff was very loudly talking about non professional personal matters half the time.Hit and a miss for us. Read more
A business lunch brought us to this north side location. This was my third time having lunch here. I am a big Carrabas fan and... believe for a chain restaurant, the menu and meals have always been excellent for me. Although we arrived right at 12:00 noon ,the restaurant was only at 20% occupancy. We were quickly seated and drinks with warm bread ,oil and herbs camequickly. Everyone?s meal was served hot. The only reason I did not give a 5 Star ?? rating was one filet came out well doneinstead of medium. To our waitress?s credit she did bring another new , but it came when we were done and ready to go. I wouldnot hold that against this restaurant and would gladly try them again.?? Read more
We went on a Friday and Sat at the bar as it was packed. So happy we did, great bartenders. They were pleasant and made the... evening more enjoyable. Mrs got the shrimp and scallop fettuccine and I had the chicken marsala. Both were phenomenal. Theygrilled the chicken and smothered in marsala sauce. It was perfect. Read more
