OMG! Checkers on Atlantic Blvd, Jax, Fl. Ordered 2 Fish Sandwiches fries and Coke. Was asked to pull up and wait. After waiting... 25 minutes checked back at the window for updates. Ordered a chicken bite box for my 5 year old, got home and heard him crying. Checked the food and sapproved it aw his entire box... was completely fried to a crisp. He bit into a chicken nugget and chipped his tooth. The fried were nearly black from how burntthey were. I couldn?t believe it. I went back to explain what happened and now 25min+ still waiting for them to change thegrease and make a new order and that?s if my kid even has the appetite for it. Horrific, when I asked the manager why anyonewould think it was okay to give that non edible meal to a paying customer nonetheless, she couldn?t give me a straight answerjust apologized. I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible service. The employees that work night shift does not do their job at all. My friend and I... ordered from uber eats from this location and the driver was waiting for 40 mins in the parking lot at 11:30 P.M at night.Nobody gave her the order. The employees told the driver to park her car and wait for the order and she was there almost an hourmeanwhile the employees inside were all doing their own personal thing. The driver and I had to contact uber eats customerservice to solve the issue. Hire people who actually do their jobs maybe? I?m never ordering from here again. Read more
Usually they don't mess up your food however the chicken sandwich was salty and as thin as one of the buns.. Smh fries were dark... and tasted like old grease. What happen Checkers you use to be my favorite now your one of worse fast-food joint. Read more
The overnight/training manager is amazing! I got to witness her be extremely professional and helpful to presumably a new hire!... Her patience and my order accuracy and communication was just10/10. The automated menu in the drive thru messed up my whole order. Then I get to the window and end up paying for the wrong items.... And after speaking to the girl in the window and repeating my order of only 4 burgers. She kept trying to clarify what I hadordered and everytime I told her what I had ordered she would try to repeat it back to me and it was all wrong again. It wasonly FOUR BURGERS. So I'm guessing she went to grab the manager who then didn't speak to me just handed me back the wrongchange. And handed me ONE burger. I got their attention and when they came back to the window and repeated back to me the wrongorder AGAIN.. I gave up. I said just give me back my money and handed them back the burger. I left with no food. Didn't even getall my money back. And I did not care to wait longer to have to argue back my order for the eleventh time. They need betterstaff. I have worked in restaurants before and I could not believe they couldn't remember an order of only four things after usrepeating it around 10 times to them. I wish I could leave zero stars. Read more
