I gave three stars because my burgers were sloppy and I didn't realize it until I got home. On the other hand, I also gave 3... stars because the sandwich, though sloppy, still taste good. I recommend them, but also recommend you check your food before youdrive off. Read more
This place has the worst drive thru. If you have a big vehicle don't risk it. To order it automated and half the order was... wrong. Also why don't they serve unsweetened tea makes no sense. I personally would not go back to that location. Read more
Ordered online, pulled up to the window, no acknowledgement, honked the horn politely, the workers looked my way and ignored me.... They continued to play and act as if I wasn't there. Pulled up to the other window just for them to tell me that they don't havemy order. Yall..don't eat here. The customer service is absent, as well as the sense of urgency. Read more
Came there because i wanted a little mid night snack, the burger and fries were cold honestly it felt like it was left over... food. Asked for extra pickles, didn?t have any pickles in sight and only gave lettuce and tomatoes that was soggy as heck.Honestly the worst experience i?ve had at a Checkers/Rally?s before and i don?t think i want to experience it anymore. I only got a chocolate shake so I can't leave a thorough review, but it took about 15 mins to get. The employees weren't rude or... anything like that, but they definitely didn't go out of their way to be friendly. But I also understand fast food jobs candrain the life out of you. The fries very very hot, but the 2 for $4 we're not. Left over fish sandwich barely warm and the Buford cheeseburger cold as... ice. Stop up your game please. I ask for no lettuce and they took everything off the burger. Don't follow instructions. Read more
