I wanted a late night meal and when I parked my car I noticed the staff was sitting outside. When I got out of my car I was... told by one of the female employees that they was closed. It wasn't even 2am, but online it says that they close at 4am. Thefemale employee told me that they was only doing doordash orders. No they was lazy and didn't wanna work, which is why they wasall sitting outside. They was riding the clock. Getting paid for nothing. They all need to be FIRED. Including the manager. Read more
It's 1:21 AM not only was the staff rude they gave away my food to the car before me no apologies then made my order wrong. An... was argumentative. I know they gave away my food guy the car in front of us yelled it back while handing the food back. This useto be one of my favorite places now I refuse to go back. Read more
My wife and I just left this establishment not too long ago. We ordered a mother cruncher meal and a spicy chicken sandwich... meal. I asked that the food be dropped fresh to ensure that we would have hot food. It was raining really bad but we waited asthe lady asked us. When we received our food, the bag was warm so we initially thought that they made fresh food as we asked. Turns out the only thing that was fresh was the bag the food was placed in. Not only was our sandwiches were cold and soggy butthe chicken patty on the mother cruncher was completely burnt. This was a low point in eating from here and we will not beback. Read more
If you don?t want food poisoning, I would advise you to stay far away from this place. This was by far the worst fast food I... have ever ordered in my life. The service was horrible as well. The chicken tenders were old and hard, the burger was old andhard and not even edible. It also had a sour odor. Read more

The food is great here! I love the fries! Unfortunately we ordered cheese sticks and learned after we paid they had no marinara.... We wouldn?t have ordered them had we known they didn?t have any. Customer service and friendliness is absolutely HORRENDOUS! Themost rude people work here. Not so much as a hello, thank you, or anything. In fact the girl got an attitude about us asking formarinara sauce. These people clearly hate their job or just aren?t built for customer service. Might as well hire a robot toserve the food too. Inside of the location was not the cleanest. The food gives it a 3 star. Customer service was just nonexistent but I wanted to be somewhat fair in my rating. This is a drive-thru review. I'm new to Florida and where I'm from we didn't have Checkers burgers so I thought I should give... them a try. There was one close to my job site and since I was in a bit of a rush I decided to use the drive thru. The linewasn't very long, but it moved pretty slowly - normally I don't mind that because it could be that things are made fresh, whichI like. I got up to the order board and heard the friendly voice telling me to order when I was ready, so I told the 'girl' whatI wanted. When she repeated it all back with most of it wrong, I realized that I wasn't actually speaking with a person - it'ssome sort of answer bot. OMG I *hate* talking to computers! It took the bot several tries to get my order correct, but finallyI was able to creep along past the order board and closer to the window. Each car in front of me was taking about 5 minutes, so10 minutes later I get to the window. The man there says nothing to me except my total. I give him my card and he runs it andhands it back with a receipt, still silent. While I'm waiting for my food, I look in the window and think the place really needsa sweep and a wipe down. It's not that busy, so why is the place this dirty? I finally get my food - handed to me by the big,silent guy, who says nothing...and I drive out. The sandwiches were ok - not hot, but at least they looked okay and only alittle squished. The fries were warm and crispy. The drink...well, it's a soda, so not much to say. In other words, about what Iwould expect for fast food My score is a 2. 1. Food ok but not great 2. Terrible auto responder taking orders instead of a realperson 3. Slow line 4. Maybe you guys should hire some people with customer service skills and that can at least crack a smileof they can't talk. 5. Slow service had to wait for the chilli to be prepared, but it didn't tasye like fresh chilli. The hotdog was old. I couldn't... cut it with a regular fork. Onions were old (they were transparent). Fish sandwich was real crunchy on the edges (like driedout), but the center was soggy (yuk). Fries were on point. Sprite was on point. Oh yea, this is the second time I've used theapp to order and both times the rewards wouldn't work. Seems a little fishy to me (pun intended). I waited 25 minutes at thewindow for something that my dog wouldn't even eat. I'm gonna have to be starving before I go back there. Read more
