I will absolutely never patronize this location again. I sat in the line for over 20 minutes for breakfast. Breakfast is over at... 10:30, not 10:15 or 10:20. I finally reach the attendant after 20 minutes of sitting in line and they informed me that they arenot serving breakfast even though it?s not even 10:30 yet. She does not even go in the back to check if they have two measlybiscuits that?s all I wanted just a flat out no.. No sign no nothing just a waste of gas money and time. *UPDATED REVIEW I received a call from this location and they apologized for the inconvenience and compensated me as well. What... a wonderful company to go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Thank you* I went through the drive thru and theworker was very pleasant. I ordered a salad with extra chicken. I'm assuming the worker didn't know what she was doing because Igot my receipt and it was only $9 and something. I get to the window and they tell me they have to charge me properly for extrachicken. I was fine with this so I hand them my card thinking it will be a $2 or $3 charge but when they come back they hadcharged me over $5. I feel this is ridiculous. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location. I am planing to gotalk to someone for a refund. Read more
This was the worst experience at a Chick FIL A ever. They had no lemonade, no chick fil a sauce and we had to wait for 25... minutes inside for our food to not come. There was no explanation (like giving the food out to the wrong people or somethingbeing made fresh). They didn't even look like they were working on our order. If this was the drive thru I would understand butthis is not the service that we are used to. Read more
Great food and flavors normally. After all the years I've gone to Chick-fil-A I'd say fresh and fast but sadly it was not. It... was 45 minutes to closing, took half hour, food was not fresh, some parts were too hard to chew, no shakes, no salts. First timeever not a perfect experience. First time ever leaving a review? I don?t like to complain, but I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich lettuce wrapped. This is... what I got? bread and chicken? The new system they have in place is totally ridiculous. Traffic is backed up only one line is running. They have all parking... places blocked and have teens directing traffic. And apparently cars break down here all the time so we are blocked in due to atow truck. Read more
Stopped in for breakfast and what a pleasant surprise! Not only was the food amazing as usual, but they were having bingo for... all the senior citizens! This is a fantastic idea to get our elderly out of the house and socialize under a common goal. I askedanother associate about it and she said they do this every Wednesday morning from 9am to 10am so if you're looking for a bingogame for yourself or possibly your elderly parents, this is the place!
