False advertising.... This is not a real chili's. No chips and salsa. Queso doesn't love at the restaurant. The online ordering... system is so smart it doesn't realize people might pay separately. People are in a hurry at the airport and the difficulty inordering on this amazingly unfriendly system made this the worst restaurant experience I have had in a hour minute. Skip it. This is barely a Chili's and you'll likely be disappointed unless you're just looking for pricey booze. ?The menu is... severely limited and despite actually advertising Chips & Salsa (arguably Chili's signature appetizer) there are none here. Notan option. Just weird. ?They're pushing you to order through the app. This is both confusing and not very efficient. Did wehave a waitress? If yes, why did we never see her? If no, why are you asking me for a tip when I check-outelectronically. ?Service is SLOWWW. Dear Chili's corporate, instead of investing in useless order/checkout technology how abouta display that indicates how long orders are taking on average to be served. Normal and standard expectation for airport restaurant and quick bite dining; plastic fork and spoon often seen in restaurants... since Covid. QR code menu go paperless, clean table, friendly waitress, pay from your phone. Limited menu offer burgers,sandwich, tacos, kids menu nugget, salad, no chargers here. If you think of this as a Chili's "themed" restaurant rather than a full version, I don't think you'd be dissappointed. For a... start, they have staff where other airport restaurants were already closing! Said staff were friendly and attentive, though itdid seem like they were kept busy. The menu is online and it's HMSHOST not actually Chili's. I couldn't therefore find it as alocation for rewards, despite what the flatware wrapper said :-) The online menu lacks photos, but I played somewhat safe andhad an excellent Mushroom Swiss burger and fries. The ambience isn't what you'd expect from a neighborhood Chili's, but for anairport, it's just enough. Tip your servers, at least they showed up! Read more

Soooooo this lovely place did a horrible job with timing delivery and presentation I really hope there manager or admin staff... steps up. They expect 2 wait staff to successfully serve up to 25 tables. The prices or borderline outrageous. One waittres wastrying and the other seemed to not really want to be there. Horrible service. App wouldn?t work, told waitress and was told to shut down and start over after she turned on scan code. ... Waitress not helpful and was ignored after she dropped off cups of water. After others at table placed order had to flag down waitress to check order after waiting 40 minutes. Had to ask twice for her to check order then she replied that she had hermanager looking into order. Next she shows up with food order but no drinks. No utensils and no napkins provided. HORRIBLESERVICE! Went to pay on the app and drinks were still on check, had to flag down horrible waitress for drinks to be removed. Had to wait again for her to return and let us know that drinks were removed from check. Look at your check because tip andsecurity fee is automatically added to check! Read more
