Staff was courteous and responsive, restaurant was reasonably clean, food was extremely good. I was kind of surprised that even... a chicken tender when cooked right is nice and juicy but it was wonderful especially with the honey barbecue sauce on theappetizer. We got the trio appetizer platter and I had shrimp and chicken fajitas and my wife the big bacon burger. All of ourfood was really really good. Went on a slow Tuesday night. Was slightly warm which seemed unusual. Service was very slow. We ordered chicken tenders that... took a very long time. When they arrived they weren't completely cooked so sent them back. Another long wait for replacement andspouse was long done with their dinner. Used their tabletop screen to pay and was billed for two different people's dinner.Wrote a complaint to Chili's home office and 3 days later no response from them. Had to dispute 2nd charge with my credit cardcompany. Never again. Read more

Arrived ~7 on a Wednesday and it was quiet, so fast table and fast service. Nice variety on the menu, including some good... meal-combo deals. Loved the cheese curds and took dessert to go :-) Read more

Service is poor every time. Don?t place an order for pickup. Same girl working every time. You?re told to wait in your car. Then... the employee will let you sit there for 30 min while your food is inside getting cold. Then claim they didn?t have time to comeout. No issues with coming in to get it myself. But don?t tell your customers to stay in the car and not at least take 5 secondsto update them. Read more
