For the most part it?s not too bad, I think they could adjust some things on their buffet and sushi bar. Definitely did not like... the egg rolls or house rolls. I?m new to the area and it has been very hard to find a great buffet and sushi bar that?s asawesome as a place from back home. Read more
The food was not all that good and the service was terrible. The server never came by my table and when I flagged her down for a... drink to go, she slammed it down on my table as she was walking by! Very rude! This has happened a couple of times. The plateswere stacked so high too. Needless to say, she did not get a tip from me! I do not recommend 0 stars, if I?m being honest. first of all customer service is awful when we first came in blacks sat on one... side and whites on the other . There bathrooms were filthy and they?re tables were dirty. They had nats and flies roaming aroundlike they were a family . The food was not good . Get them shut down . Food was okay. The server was great until we go to leave. We got our bill paid by card and had cash for a tip. Well??. As soon... as we stood up the server came to the table ( mind you not even everyone was standing up at this moment) and she said ? WHERE ISMY TIP, why you leave no tip, you tip me?? Burnt fried chicken they actually served out. Crab Rangoon the cheese taste old. Also Hot inside no a/c set to low temp and... this has been since the restaurants opening up again after covid slowing down. ... So Tonight we went here. We love buffets, especially Chinese buffets. So we make the excessive drive. Why not?!?! The first... plates were questionable. But I was hungry. We both were. We have probably eaten worse. The sauces made things palatable but Icould tell it was frozen, reheated in the bag mystery meat. ???????????? I went for another plate, maybe there was somethingnew? The second plates were weird. Those boneless spare ribs are interesting. I love all egg rolls, even frozen, fried ones.Then, what was that on my boyfriend's plate??!! I finished my meal with ice cream which was good. The rest of this sucked!!!There's nothing original or even recognizable! I did visit this restaurant during lunch hours, so that may explain the limited menu selection. On the positive side of this,... the service was excellent. Hostess was polite and very much a gracious host. Will I ever return? Probably not. Read more
