Because I live in northside, Jacksonville, this is the only Chipotle that is 20 minutes away, but it's across the interstate. I... place online orders to help reduce the time spent getting the food, but ever since I've been in this city, they haven't done aswell as any other Chipotle I've been to. You have to personally walk up to the already busy register and ask them for your orderbecause they don't place it on the online-order shelf. And when you do receive your order, sometimes it's not correct, but itwould take another 15 minutes for them to correct it. I spent $20 for 6 tacos, but I got 2 tacos. I do not want to drive back tohurl the order back over the counter, it's not worth the 20 minute drive and their kitchen is already a mess by the looks of it.It was flooded last I was there. I ordered a bowl. I was given half of what normally is served. I asked for half Chicken and Steak. I was given 6 pieces of... steak. Then I was charged for a full order of Steak. Stop by and order two bowls for the boys. Their back splash is white and had black grease dripping down the wall. The guy... preparing the bowl didn't have a good disposition and attitude. He put two laddles full of hot sauce when my son asked for hotsauce. This Chipotle location definitely needs to work on their service skills and hygiene. Read more

I believe one of the recent reviewers must be correct. We stopped in for lunch today and this location was nice and clean with... some fresh and tasty food. The staff was very friendly as well. I liked their outdoor seating area. Many of the Chipotlelocations have tables with just umbrellas to cover the tables but this location has a covered area that was actually quitecomfortable even with the hot temperature in the 90s today. This will definitely go on our list of possibilities for a lunchtime stop on our travels in the area. I do hope the cleanliness, service, and quality of food stays good at this location. This time I arrive as the open because if you come during lunch time the servers are rude and throw your foodtogether. As they open the doors the serving bar is not ready. There are no notices of items not available. The server becomesshort because another customer and myself has questions. When the first customer says she will wait on steak she throws the riceback on the serving line. After waiting 15 minutes for food there is not customer relation etiquette giving as well as offeringa discount for our inconvenience. To all my chipotle lovers who were completely turned off by this location. I have some news. I?m pretty sure they got a new... manager and a new cook because today the food was better than it?s been in the last 2 1/2 years. The line was clean, the foodlooked fresh and not like it?s been sitting there for hours. Meat wasn?t fatty, rice wasn?t over cooked, and they actually hadsalad dressing ???????????????????????? We use the online app to order and have never had an issue. Always accurate, fresh and delicious. My only con is that I wish... they offered shrimp as a protein so I didn't have to add my own at home. I also skip the guacamole (+$2) and just add my ownavocado at home. Read more
