I?m surprised to see how bad this location is being managed. As I walked in today, only one person was attending the line while... two orders were engaged in a conversation with 0 regard for what was going around them. This isn?t my first negative experienceat this location, so don?t take this as me having a ?Karen? moment. Honestly this chipotle is one of the worst ones I've come across. I love close to it so it's convenient for me but the service... has declined in the last 2 years. The workers could care less and most have a poor attitude. Half the time they are out ofingredients. I don't know how many times I've gone and they are out of guacamole before lunch time. The last time I went theydidn't even have white rice and the worker couldn't even be bothered to find out how long it would take for fresh white rice tocome out.
