I?m surprised to see how bad this location is being managed. As I walked in today, only one person was attending the line while... two orders were engaged in a conversation with 0 regard for what was going around them. This isn?t my first negative experienceat this location, so don?t take this as me having a ?Karen? moment. Honestly this chipotle is one of the worst ones I've come across. I love close to it so it's convenient for me but the service... has declined in the last 2 years. The workers could care less and most have a poor attitude. Half the time they are out ofingredients. I don't know how many times I've gone and they are out of guacamole before lunch time. The last time I went theydidn't even have white rice and the worker couldn't even be bothered to find out how long it would take for fresh white rice tocome out. That is literally the easiest ingredient to make on their menu. If you can go to another chipotle I highly suggestit. Read more

First of all I got a chicken bowl and the lady gave me about 8 pieces of chicken didn?t even fill the spoon she was using. Then... I asked for more meat and she said ok you?ll get charged for double meat.. I said??? Whatever. Then I got a kids quesadilla theycharged me for a kids meal and then a kids drink.
