Took my son there for his birthday. It was a ran down dump. Half the games didn't work, everything is outdated, the rat never... came out. They charge 25$ for a 5$ pizza. I was embarrassed to be there, after I seen what a dump it was. I'll never go back, itshould be closed down immediately. The owner should be embarrassed and ashamed. I see that the owner responded to some of theother reviews, they don't really care. They just want you to think they do, so you'll come back. I had my daughters second birthday party there last night and it was not a great experience to say the least. The girl that was... in charge of my party, Natalya, was wonderful. However, I didn?t get all 11 play cards and when I told Natalya a different girlcame over, called me a liar and told me to round up all the kids and make them bring their cards back so we could count. I justended up paying another $60 for two more so that the kids wouldn?t have to come over and interact with her negativity. She wasvery rude all night. The other staff kept apologizing and said she was always grumpy, but was having a bad night so she was in avery bad mood. I also never got balloons, which wasn?t a huge deal except I still had to pay for them. I also paid for dip ndots ice cream for all the kids and never received that either. For $410 you?d think they would make sure we had everything andevery member of their staff was pleasant. Especially, working with kids. I would like a call back from corporate. Read more

Worse ever, no variety in food drinks cost to high. Salad bar not worth it. They use to have more to offer, not any more waste... in money, I would been better doing my own thing at home. Don't go there you will be disappointed. Read more
Kids and adults both love coming here! Fun games, good food, great atmosphere! We had a party here just before the pandemic and... it was great! Since they've opened back up, we've been a few times and have enjoyed it again! A few games/rides could use anupdate...the carousel had broken metal sticking out which could be dangerous. Read more
We went here for a birthday party. There was nobody at the front door when we arrived. There was also nobody at the front door... when we left. Both times it took someone at least 3 minutes (1min and 30sec to be more specific) to come to the door. Theproblem with this is that a child can be kidnapped less than one second. I think someone's standing at the door is a hugefactor in this business. My 13 year old son had a decent time. My daughter's enjoyed the birthday party as did I. My4-year-old eventually caught a tantrum so we left a little early. You get to buy either minutes or credit. When you wintickets the tickets are on the card therefore you shouldn't throw out your card Your cards can be reused for the next visitwhich is what our family is planning to do. The tickets are gone. The coins are almost gone except for a couple games. No ticket munchers. It's just not the same. The pizza... is still good though! Read more
They have remodeled this location! They have more seating now. It definitely feels cleaner and the kids enjoyed the cards vs... coins. It was also nice not having to keep up with the coins/tickets. Read more
