Update: i purchased a crispy chicken sandwich and got my grandson chicken tenders. We both got food poisoning and have had a... rough 24 hours after digesting my meal. My first time at Culver?s and i was not too impressed with their process and their foodquality. I?ve watched a few shows where Culver?s was featured and it always looks tasty. It?s amazing what Television can doto make a product more appealing. Because their food was not great but i sorta expected that I?ll still was willing to give a 4star because i want to give them another chance on another day. Culver?s food is awesome! The best Root Beer I have ever had. Crinkle cut fries! And fresh beef! What more could you ask for?... Well if you are picky you ask for your sandwich to be remade. Almost all culver burgers come with a pickle either on top of thebun, of on the sandwich. Regardless if you want them or not! The issue is not so much the pickle, but it is impossible to removethe vinegar taste from the food. Not just this location, but when we travelled for my work, the same issue in Wisconsin nearMadison. First time visiting and exceeded my expectations, the food is freshly made as ordered, prices good, best churned yogurt in... house, best service, food brought to the table, the placed packed full! This is my favorite place to get a hamburger. The location is convenient although coming into the restaurant and out can be a... hassle if it is a busy time (dinner/weekend). The service is great and the food comes out quickly. I've never had cold food andit always comes out correctly. There is a huge variety of milkshakes and custard. I came here last night and let me tell you that this manager was so kind to us!! It was closing time, around 9:50 and he asked... us if we wanted something before kitchen closed and then he went above and beyond to gift my daughter an ice cream while I wasfilling out the survey on their website! It is so difficult these days, like extremely RARE to find quality customer service,people who care. It?s like a burden to be a customer these days at least that?s how I feel wherever I go anywhere anymore. AndI?m from NY too. So? this manager, God bless you keep it up and thanks!! Food was great too. Also, we complained aboutsomething, chicken was salty and he was cool to switch it out even at close time. Not once did I feel negativity towards mebecause it was time for them to go. They just did their job as it should be!! I was excited to eat at Culver?s and it was convenient to pick up and take home. We ordered. That is the best thing I can say.... Nothing good after. We ordered a shrimp basket and 2 cod filet baskets. When we got home we found it was not cod filet butcod sandwiches. When I called to say we had gotten home and discovered the wrong thing, we just ate it, because it was coldand rainy outside, I didn?t want to drive back. Still I did call and was told that it was my error because when you order a codfillet basket you are ordering a sandwich. I tried to explain a cod fillet is just fish but was told fours times no it isn?tit?s a sandwich. I told her I didn?t want to argue this, I had said that and tried to end it but this lady just kept going on. Then I told her , I keep trying to end this and you just keep dragging it out, can we just stop now? Then she said, ?Sure, butit?s not our fault it?s yours?. I can say that was the straw that broke the camels back but I am no camel. It did give mebitter feelings. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes she was. I asked her name and she hung up. Culver Deluxe, Spicy Chicken Sandwich & large Onion Rings. Took way too long for food to come out, so I at least expected it to... be hot & fresh, but it wasn't. Chicken had good flavor, was warm at best, Onion rings were hot & very good. Burger came outstone cold, cold bun, cold cheese. I returned it & was delivered a warm one. First time having a Culver's burger, it wascompletely underwhelming, won't bother to go back for any burger cravings. Our Dining room hostess, Debra, was fantastic &personable. Read more
