I ordered wings and the guy dropped them in my drive way. The guy said he would bring some new ones back. It has been about 20... mins and still no wings so I called and told the lady and she was very rude on the phone I asked if I could possibly getsomething small thrown in there for the wait because at this point it would be about 45 mins before I get my new wings. I ordered pizza from 7020 beach Blvd jax to deliver my home but When I got the pizza it was tempered and slice of pizza was... missing. Just order from dominos, first time in probably 20 years. Hated dominos growing up. But this oder was okay. Pizza and cinnamon... twists were good, but my boneless chicken looked like the scraps at the bottom of the bag. I mean I've had chicken nuggetsbigger than this. Also the food was all kinda room temp. Oh well, at least the order was better than the last 3 papa John'sorders. I will try again soon! Read more
Just ordered from this dominos for delivery. I?m super impressed. I?m really glad I paid whatever extra fee there was for well... done and extra sauce. I got pan pizza with green peppers and tomatoes. Delivery driver and customer service were both good. I?llbe ordering again. Read more
Delivery. Order arrived and driver was prompt and courteous. The bread was not cooked properly and called for a refund, no need... to deliver some stuffed bread. That's when I was informed the driver would not get their tip and there was no way of replacingthe tip on the bill. Delivery driver I apologise for the no tip. Domino's policy says I can't replace the tip without placing acompletely new order. That is why for the 3 star rating. Nothing against management or delivery team, mistakes happen. To stiffa driver really sucks. Fix this Domino's. Read more
Received the delivered pizza without ANY cheese on it. I called the store and it was absolutely ridiculous. The girl could not... get my address correct, after spelling multiple times. She could not get the re-order correct, after 4 attempts. Said ?s**twhile speaking with me. You could hear others in the background laughing. My fiancé called back on his phone , ask for amanager, and was left on hold until it was disconnected at 30min, 12 sec. We ordered from them frequently, not anymore. Read more
