Order said it was delivered but it wasn't. The only recourse offered online was a free pizza which was not equal in value to the... order that was never delivered. In fact, if you go online to report an issue, they don't even offer "pizza never delivered" as achoice. In any event, I called 10 times and no one answered. A little over an hour after the pizza was marked as "delivered" thedriver showed up and said the driver who was going to deliver the pizza got their keys locked in their car. Ok great, so whatdoes that have to do with my order being marked delivered if the original driver couldn't deliver it? This was the 2nd time thishappened to me. The first time, I chalked it up to a mistake but now I know better. I will buy pizza elsewhere. They prefer tohave their ticket times look good to corporate more than they do their customers. I'd rather they be honest with how long theorder will take vs lying and marking it as delivered. Read more
This location is horrible. I ordered some pizzas a few moths ago and after like 30 minutes they called me asking "Is this a real... order or is it a prank" I was so confused... IT was a real order and yall did horrible. The pizza wasnt even hot and it was dry.After a few bites i just threw it away. Will not order from here again. Read more
Ok, so...I LOVE Dominoes Pizza. Out of all of the pizza chains that deliver to me, they sure definitely my favorite. Because of... their loyalty program, I also tend to order quite frequently. However, lately, their food and customer service seems to havetaken a turn for the worst. Despite the fact that there are CLEAR instructions on how to correctly locate my residence, my foodwas delivered to my neighbor. I immediately called the restaurant and made contact with Anessa who identified herself as asupervisor, and let her know that the dominoes driver left my road but didn't deliver my order. She said she would check withher driver but that she highly doubts telling the truth because the delivery driver she had that evening was her "most seniordriver" and "if he says he delivered your order, I trust that he delivered your order Upon investigation, I figured out that itwas delivered to my neighbor whose address number is posted right on their house. So, Anessa FINALLY agreed to remake the order. When we finally received it, it was missing an entire order of wings, and the Pizza was missing half of its crust. The wingsalso barely had any sauce. Some of the wings weren't even sauced at all. When I called back to let her know that my order wasunsatisfactory, she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that she already remade my order once and that she wasn't going tokeep remaking it over and over. I asked who I was speaking to and when she told me her name was Anessa, I said "Oh you're theone who was so rude to me last time..." she responses by saying "ok. Great. So what else do you want from me?" Honestly, Icould hardly believe how I was being spoken to. The absolute worst location in town. Our order has been incorrect the last two times we ordered here (they are the only times... we've ordered from this location). The first time the toppings were wrong. This time we ordered two Brooklyn pizzas and gotlarges instead and the staff gave my wife a "deer in the headlights" look when she questioned it. This was my worst pizza experience in my life and I'm 50. Couldn't get a response from corporate problem is still unresolved. I... got a call from the manager of the other one I made a mistake and said it was the crown point store. This review has the rightstore. In short my pizzas arrived looking like the driver turn them upsidedown and did donuts on them in the parking lot. Howcan a company boast about fixing other food chains problems and they can't get theirs right. If you order from here you will beextremely disappointed. Read more
The last three times I have gotten pizza here - It has been amazing! I don?t know if dominoes tweak the ingredients or if this... location is just on par but something has definitely changed for the good. This is now my favorite place to get pizza. And youcan?t beat the carry out prices. Read more
