I?m torn about this shop. On one hand the food is always bangin, the XL NY style pizza is fire? but on the other hand they... forget something every time I order. So I guess what I?m saying is if I stick to carry out it might be a five star situation. Read more

I ordered 7 pizzas last minute on a Tuesday for the staff at work. The pizzas were awesome, probably the best I've had from... Domino's in years. The staff was helpful and very friendly, place is clean. Read more

NO GLOVES! We got one pizza and some wings which was almost 40 bucks cus of custom toppings I guess. Ok whatever. Then I see... them making the food. No one is wearing gloves, with their hands all up in my 40 dollar pizza. That's super gross. I work infood service and the first point of training is serving safely. And then dude tells me it's extra to get one cup of sauce forthe wings like come on yall. Read more

Ordered a two-topping medium pizza at 8 PM on a Sunday. Two hours and fifteen minutes later, still no notifications about our... delivery. Attempted to call and was disconnected before ever talking to an employee. Won?t be ordering from this location again. Read more

I've worked at Starbucks, been a bartender and a waitress and currently am a massage therapist. I was trained in each of these... jobs a professionalist mindset, and to make things right for a customer as best we can. I have never heard of a manager callinga customer after a one star rating to chew them out, tell them to never come there again, while saying "why is it our fault thatyour delivery was not made and your coupon not refunded when we can't get people to work." Clearly this management style may besomewhat at fault with the lack of willing employees. At my job we sometimes get one star ratings. It's bound to happen. andwhen we do the owners write a reply, asking generally what they can do to make the situation right. They try to explain themistake while saying they really hope the situation doesn't keep them from coming back. They offer coupons and refunds when acustomer is bothered. This business model is part of why my job thrives. My husband ordered a pizza with a free pizza coupon. After ordering he got a call saying he would have to pick it up which we can't do right now with our vehicle situation. Theycalled to say they couldn't deliver, and did not offer to refund or compensate the coupon. To be fair my husband is a grump whenhe's hungry. But he didn't say anything impolite over the phone, he simply left them a one star bc this is the second coupon andfree pizza he has lost this way. All of this is pretty appropriate. What is not inappropriate is a manager calling to tellsomeone they aren't welcome back at the store bc they gave a one star rating, making excuses for the mistake. All she had to dowas refund the coupon. Read more

Canceled my pizza because they have no drivers... again... lost me free pizza coupon. failing over there. EDIT she THE MANAGER... calls me back after I gave this review to tell me they will no longer be taking my orders, I'd like to point out I didn't yellor curse. This proves even more why this place is failing to do what the company strives for. Sad. Read more

A summer, Saturday evening, the sun is just beginning to set on San Jose as I pull into the Domino?s parking lot, now bathed in... golden light. My takeout order is ready by account of my online tracker, and as I?m walking into the storefront, my favoritesong is playing on the car stereo, a little anticipatory skip in my step. One of the location?s drivers exits the front door, laden with a delivery of fresh pies, reports, ?Driver out!? to his fellow coworkers, and greets me with a smile. ?How are youthis evening, sir?? he kindly asks. ?I?m wonderful my friend, thank you so much for asking, and you?? I respond, unexpectedlypleased by the welcoming greeting of an employee that sincerely need not have done so. ?I?m great, sir, and I hope we are ableto make your evening even better!?. I bashfully chuckle, simply awestruck by the level of courteousness on display. ?You surelywill, sir!?. I enter, and the two gentlemen working the front registers greet me with an equally friendly demeanor?efficient, kind, and on top of their game, the man who handed me the pizza ensured me it was the best one I?d have all week! I couldn?thelp but beam with gladness as I returned to my vehicle, having felt like I experienced something truly special and unique?astep back in time to when people truly cared about their fellow man. The driver, now loading his delivery vehicle, turned to meonce more as to wish me well, and for safe travels, which truly encapsulated the blissful experience I?ve had the pleasure ofsharing with you all. As for the pizza, I must concede, the gentleman was right, it was undoubtedly a work of art, perfect inevery way, the taste, smell, texture, temperature?absolutely divine! I now have the desire to work there, simply to partake inthe finely-tuned, charismatic atmosphere?where effort, attention to detail, and benevolence are valued and practiced daily!Thank you, Domino?s!
